Narrated Abu Musa: The Prophet said,
The example of a believer who recites the Qur’an is that of a citron (a citrus fruit) which is good in taste and good in smell. And the believer who does not recite the quran is like a date which has a good taste but no smell. And the example of an impious person who recites the Qur’an is that of Ar-Rihana (an aromatic plant) which smells good but is bitter in taste. And the example of an impious person who does not recite the quran is that of a colocynth which is bitter in taste and has no smell.” (Bukhari, Book #93, Hadith # 649)

Whoever wants to be a leader should educate himself before educating others. Before preaching to others he should first practice himself. Whoever educates himself and improves his own morals is superior to the man who tries to teach and train others.

supeior moral= those is near our beloved prophet mohamad (saw) or be: is real human, Goodness always, real muslim. Never left opportunity to takke blessings from our Allahcc, and is helper to those are mission to he/she in this life.

A 10 year old boy was standing in front of a store of shoes looking in the window and shivering.
A lady, who had just finished his day's exhausting work, where he earned enough to survive, only that week, and customer has not paid the total, leaving her upset and then went for a walk, asking Allah to an opportunity in life
So, seeing the boy approached the boy and said to him:
"My little what you're watching with much interest in this showcase." The boy replied, "I was asking God to give me a pair of shoes."
The lady took him by the hand and led him into the store, asked the employee to give him average a dozen pairs of shoes for the boy. Asked the employee if he could borrow a basin of water and a towel. The waiter quickly brought him what he asked for. The lady took the boy to the back of the store, dropped the gloves, washed the feet of the boy and dried them with the towel. Then the employee arrived with the shoes, the lady brought him a pair of them on the boy and bought him. He joined the other pairs and gave them to the boy. Patted the boy on the head and told him: "There is no doubt that you feel more comfortable now," the boy hugged her, and when she turned to leave the boy with tears in his eyes asked:
"Are you God's wife?
She replied: No, I'm just a simple human, tired of the lies of the world and trying to be more human and deserve Allah 'blessings, being honest with every creature , sharing what i have : time for care!!!
if everyone did a little the world would be much better!

one of the keys to the doors of success: People, Them respect the time of repsonsabilidades acquired.
Can not be selfish when planning actions or tasks you use care, without paying attention to other in pressing needing .... Need to be more thoughtful with time, respecting the needs clear answers. Also the clarity in the dialogue (dialogue = hear / speak and understand then ... seek solutions that address the necessities of both parties)

Blessed is the man who always kept the life after death in his view, who remembered the Day of Judgment through all his deeds, who led a contented life and who was happy with the lot that Allah had destined for him and care all matters in equaliy.

 One who imagines himself to be all-knowing will surely suffer on account of his ignorance.

Allahcc command is stay on for woman pray, help the husband, but never can say to a man's do not  help other relative or partners by AllahCC or creatures near or far.
Hz Ali (ra) said: i wonder about the man, who get command from human unrespecting AllahCC command. He loss the blessings because of the wishes of Their wishes. Loss the Salvation because of the misundertandings done by his ownner understandings ve/veya misundertandins . I advise , o son of Aan, Be in correct path, do yours duties to your partners, respect the creatures, and stay with faith, without to leave those are by side of you by Allahswt Wills
