وَالْفَجْرِ
1 "By the dawn/daybreak."
وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
2 "And the ten nights."
وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ
3 "By the even and odd."
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ
4 "And by the Night when it passes away."
هَلْ فِي ذَلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ
5 "Is there (not) in these an oath/evidence for those who understand?"
أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ
6 "Have you noted how your Lord dealt with 'Ad'?."
إِرَمَ ذَاتِ الْعِمَادِ
7 "Of the (city of) 'Iram', with lofty pillars."
الَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي الْبِلَادِ
8 "The like of which were not produced in (all) the land?."
وَثَمُودَ الَّذِينَ جَابُوا الصَّخْرَ بِالْوَادِ
9 "And with the 'Thamud', who carved the rocks in their valley."
وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِي الْأَوْتَادِ
10 "And with Pharaoh, lord of stakes?."
الَّذِينَ طَغَوْا فِي الْبِلَادِ
11 "(All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands."
فَأَكْثَرُوا فِيهَا الْفَسَادَ
12 "And heaped therein mischief (on mischief)."
فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ
13 "Therefore did your Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements."
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ
14 "For your Lord is ever watchful."
فَأَمَّا الْإِنْسَانُ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ رَبُّهُ فَأَكْرَمَهُ وَنَعَّمَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّيأَكْرَمَنِ
15 "Now, as for man, when his Lord tested him, giving him honor and gifts, then he said: "My Lord has honored me"."
وَأَمَّا إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي أَهَانَنِ
16 "But when He tested him, restricting his subsistence for him, then he said: "My Lord has humiliated me"."
كَلَّا بَل لَا تُكْرِمُونَ الْيَتِيمَ
17 "Nay, nay! but you do not honor the orphans."
وَلَا تَحَاضُّونَ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
18 "Nor do you encourage one another to feed the poor."
وَتَأْكُلُونَ التُّرَاثَ أَكْلًا لَمًّا
19 "And you devour inheritance, all with greed."
وَتُحِبُّونَ الْمَالَ حُبًّا جَمًّا
20 "And you love wealth with inordinate love."
كَلَّا إِذَا دُكَّتِ الْأَرْضُ دَكًّا دَكًّا
21 "Nay! When the earth is pounded to powder."
وَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ وَالْمَلَكُ صَفًّا صَفًّا
22 "And your Lord comes, and His angels, rank upon rank."
وَجِيءَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإِنْسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى
23 "And Hell, that Day, is brought forth, on that Day man will remember, but how will that remembrance profit him?."
يَقُولُ يَالَيْتَنِي قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِي
24 "He will say: "Ah! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my (Future) Life."
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ
25 "For, that Day, His Chastisement will be such as none (else) can inflict."
وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ
26 "And His bonds will be such as none (other) can bind."
يَاأَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ
27 "(To the righteous soul will be said:) "O (you) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction!."
ارْجِعِي إِلَى رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً
28 "Return to your Lord, pleased and pleasing."
فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي
29 "So enter among My servants."
وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي
30 "And enter into My paradise/garden."
QURUAN 109:1-6 ISLAM THE MOST PEACEFULL RELIGION EVER: 109:1 Say, "O disbelievers, 109:2 I do not worship what you worship. 109:3 Nor are you worshippers of what I worship. 109:4 Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship. 109:5 Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship. 109:6 For you is your religion, and for me is my religion." The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: Before the Last Hour there will be commotions like pieces of a dark night in which a man will be a believer in the morning and an infidel in the evening, or a believer in the evening and infidel in the morning. He who sits during them will be better than he who gets up and he who walks during them is better than he who runs. So break your bows, cut your bowstrings and strike your swords on stones. If people then come in to one of you, let him be like the better of Adam's two sons. - Sunan Abi Dawud 4259

Divine manifestations reach to a persons self and lower-self (nafs) initially from hearing.
The manifestation of Allah Almighty annihilates this human self, transforms it. When one is full of anger and rage, when they hear the verse of Quran:
"Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good;" Chapter: Ali Imran -3-, Verse: 134
Vie you in obtaining forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous,> Those charity do, whether in prosperity, or in adversity, who repress anger, that indultam the next. Verily Allah loves the doers of good.Ali Imran -3-, Verse: 133-134
This state goes from him, it disappears, it fills such a person with forgiveness and kindness. And when one is mean and niggardy, by hearing the verses of Quran:
"Whoever is spared from the meannes, niggerdliness of their own self; such are the ones that achieve prosperity." (Chapter: Tagabun -64-, verse:16)
" The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is that of a grain of corn: it groweth seven ears, and each ear Hath a hundred grains. Allah giveth manifold increase to whom He pleaseth: And Allah careth for all and He knoweth all things." (Chapter: Baqara -2-, verse:261)
hearing those verses, the situations that would usually be heavy on ones lower-sel (nafs) would become easy. This is because, these words become manifested on ones self through his ear and change him. Allah almighty commands: "Verily in this is a Message for any that has a heart and understanding or who gives ear and is a witness." (Chapter: Qaf -64-, verse:37)
never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. Allahu laa ilaha illa huwa, Al -Haiy ul-Qaiyum La ta'khudhuhu sinatu wa la nawm lahu ma fis -samawati wa ma fil-'ard Man dhal-ladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnihi Ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum wa la yuhituna bi shai'im min 'ilmihi illa bima sha'a Wasi'a kursiyuhus-samawati wal ard wa la ya'uduhu hifdhuhuma wa Hu wal 'Aliyul-Adheem In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful. Quran 113:0 In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful. Say, “I seek refuge in (Allah) the Lord of the Daybreak.” “From the evil (deeds) of that (creation) which He (Allah) created.” “And from the evil (deeds of other people) when night time comes (and I am asleep unable to protect myself).” “And from the evil (deeds) of those (people) who blow on knots (and call on Satin (Shaitan) to help them to cause harm)." “And from the evil (deeds) of the jealous person when they become envious (and they try to cause harm).” Quran 114:0 In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful., “I seek refuge, to who is beloved family in the fact from 2009, in (Allah) the Lord of (all) humans.” “The king of (all) humans.” “The Allah of (all) humans.” “From the evil of the retreating whisperer (Satin (Shaitan) who whispers evil suggestions but disappears when people remember Allah).” ‘Who whispers (evil suggestions) into the hearts of humans.” “(Promoting evil) from among (both) the jinn and humans.”
Oh our Sir, do not condemn us, we are forgotten or we make a mistake! Oh our Sir, do not impose on us load, like which you imposed on our ancestors! Oh our Sir, do not overload us with what we cannot support! Tolerate us! Forgive us! Have compassion of our! You are our Protector! Grant to us the victory on the incredulous ones! "Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahu'l-mulk wa lahu'l-hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer (There is no god except Allaah Alone with no partner or associate; His is the Sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things)" Amin amin amin
