HUMANIZATION
Humanization is the term used to describe the acquisition and assimilation of positive human traits by a person or group of people.

Humanização é o termo utilizado para descrever a aquisição ou assimilação de características humanas positivas por uma pessoa ou grupo de pessoas.
Sentimento e estudo...
Creio que sem o sentimento o estudo perde o seu sentido, por outro lado, sem o estudo, sem o conhecimento, o sentimento pode acabar empobrecido.
Sentimento e estudo são como as asas dos pássaros, dos anjos, se auxiliam no equilíbrio para o vôo, a uma maior valorização da vida.
Ao amor, “essa palavra de luxo”.... Será que por isto é tão pouco lembrado nas nossas escolas, nos nossos estudos com os nossos alunos, no nosso trabalho como educadores, gestores, medicos, profissionais de apoio técnico e enfermeiros?
As ações de humanização englobam muitas e diversificadas práticas profissionais que vêm sendo introduzidas no tratamento de pessoas.
Práticas essas que passam pelo sentimento, o amor. Amar é responder pela relação, é estar atento às necessidades do outro, respeitá-las, escutá-las, dar-lhes uma resposta.
Amar é prestar atenção em nossa maneira de tratar o outro.
O amor está ligado ao respeito = "Respicere" = olhar.
É a capacidade de ver a pessoa tal como ela é, estar consciente de sua unicidade, é desejar vê-la florescer conforme seus desejos e meios, amparados por nossas capacidades, apoiando as dela ou dele.
Amar é abrir-se à realidade do outro como ele é sem procurar transformá-lo conforme as nossas expectativas, encorajando-o em seu caminho ao mesmo tempo em que respeitamos ambos as nossas necessidades: as dele e as nossas novamente as duas asas).
Nas ações da humanização, procuramos resgatar o respeito à vida humana, a nossa e a de quem está ao nosso lado. Estando presente todo um universo social, ético, educacional e psíquico, observados em todo relacionamento humano.
As ações da humanização envolvem um vínculo subjetivo, entre quem cuida e quem é cuidado, sabem que, à qualquer momento, os papéis poderão ser trocados.
