Our beloved Prophet (saw) said: Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one( near or far),  he should not persecute him or leave him alone in his troubles. Whosoever helps his brother Allah (swt)  will certainly help him.
To care , to help, to do your duties about  the other is helpping with what they need, and ask you. Not with what you guess. 
Because as a baby , when cry , have motive... the adult, when are in troubles, ask you the help, it is just for have you , direct helpping, clear, after a good dialogue for find the way.
Do not say things, not clear, becaus of , when u do so: be sure, is sheythan using your mind for make, by waswasa, doing  confusion.
no hide yourself from those are with you because of Allah CC. This destroy lives..and many more, of those are far from where need be.  Take understand and care with the heart turned to Allahcc, till the person be by side, really to the victory to Allahcc be done, inshallah!
