وَالْفَجْرِ
¹ "By the dawn/daybreak."

وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ
² "And the ten nights."

وَالشَّفْعِ وَالْوَتْرِ
³ "By the even and odd."

وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ
⁴ "And by the Night when it passes away."

هَلْ فِي ذَلِكَ قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ
⁵ "Is there (not) in these an oath/evidence for those who understand?"

أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ
⁶ "Have you noted how your Lord dealt with 'Ad'?."

إِرَمَ ذَاتِ الْعِمَادِ
⁷ "Of the (city of) 'Iram', with lofty pillars."

الَّتِي لَمْ يُخْلَقْ مِثْلُهَا فِي الْبِلَادِ
⁸ "The like of which were not produced in (all) the land?."

وَثَمُودَ الَّذِينَ جَابُوا الصَّخْرَ بِالْوَادِ
⁹ "And with the 'Thamud', who carved the rocks in their valley."

وَفِرْعَوْنَ ذِي الْأَوْتَادِ
¹⁰ "And with Pharaoh, lord of stakes?."

الَّذِينَ طَغَوْا فِي الْبِلَادِ
¹¹ "(All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands."

فَأَكْثَرُوا فِيهَا الْفَسَادَ
¹² "And heaped therein mischief (on mischief)."

فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ
¹³ "Therefore did your Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements."

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ
¹⁴ "For your Lord is ever watchful."

فَأَمَّا الْإِنْسَانُ إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ رَبُّهُ فَأَكْرَمَهُ وَنَعَّمَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّيأَكْرَمَنِ
¹⁵ "Now, as for man, when his Lord tested him, giving him honor and gifts, then he said: "My Lord has honored me"."

وَأَمَّا إِذَا مَا ابْتَلَاهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقَهُ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّي أَهَانَنِ
¹⁶ "But when He tested him, restricting his subsistence for him, then he said: "My Lord has humiliated me"."

كَلَّا بَل لَا تُكْرِمُونَ الْيَتِيمَ
¹⁷ "Nay, nay! but you do not honor the orphans."

وَلَا تَحَاضُّونَ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
¹⁸ "Nor do you encourage one another to feed the poor."

وَتَأْكُلُونَ التُّرَاثَ أَكْلًا لَمًّا
¹⁹ "And you devour inheritance, all with greed."

وَتُحِبُّونَ الْمَالَ حُبًّا جَمًّا
²⁰ "And you love wealth with inordinate love."

كَلَّا إِذَا دُكَّتِ الْأَرْضُ دَكًّا دَكًّا
²¹ "Nay! When the earth is pounded to powder."

وَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ وَالْمَلَكُ صَفًّا صَفًّا
²² "And your Lord comes, and His angels, rank upon rank."

وَجِيءَ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِجَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإِنْسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى
²³ "And Hell, that Day, is brought forth, on that Day man will remember, but how will that remembrance profit him?."

يَقُولُ يَالَيْتَنِي قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِي
²⁴ "He will say: "Ah! Would that I had sent forth (good deeds) for (this) my (Future) Life."

فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ
²⁵ "For, that Day, His Chastisement will be such as none (else) can inflict."

وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ
²⁶ "And His bonds will be such as none (other) can bind."

يَاأَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ
²⁷ "(To the righteous soul will be said:) "O (you) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction!."

ارْجِعِي إِلَى رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً
²⁸ "Return to your Lord, pleased and pleasing."

فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي
²⁹ "So enter among My servants."

وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي
³⁰ "And enter into My paradise/garden."

Divine manifestations reach to a persons self and lower-self (nafs) initially from hearing.

The manifestation of Allah Almighty annihilates this human self, transforms it.  When one is full of anger and rage, when they hear the verse of Quran:

"Those who spend (freely), whether in prosperity, or in adversity; who restrain anger, and pardon (all) men;- for Allah loves those who do good;" Chapter: Ali Imran -3-, Verse: 134

Vie you in obtaining forgiveness from your Lord and a Paradise as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for the righteous,> Those charity do, whether in prosperity, or in adversity, who repress anger, that indultam the next. Verily Allah loves the doers of good.Ali Imran -3-, Verse: 133-134

This state goes from him, it disappears, it fills such a person with forgiveness and kindness.  And when one is mean and niggardy, by hearing the verses of Quran:

"Whoever is spared from the meannes, niggerdliness of their own self; such are the ones that achieve prosperity." (Chapter: Tagabun -64-, verse:16)

" The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is that of a grain of corn: it groweth seven ears, and each ear Hath a hundred grains. Allah giveth manifold increase to whom He pleaseth: And Allah careth for all and He knoweth all things." (Chapter: Baqara -2-, verse:261)
hearing those verses, the situations that would usually be heavy on ones lower-sel (nafs) would become easy.  This is because, these words become manifested on ones self through his ear and change him.  Allah almighty commands: "Verily in this is a Message for any that has a heart and understanding or who gives ear and is a witness." (Chapter: Qaf -64-, verse:37)
 never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. Allahu laa ilaha illa huwa, Al -Haiy ul-Qaiyum La ta'khudhuhu sinatu wa la nawm lahu ma fis -samawati wa ma fil-'ard Man dhal-ladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnihi Ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum wa la yuhituna bi shai'im min 'ilmihi illa bima sha'a Wasi'a kursiyuhus-samawati wal ard wa la ya'uduhu hifdhuhuma wa Hu wal 'Aliyul-Adheem In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful. Oh our Sir, do not condemn us, we are forgotten or we make a mistake! Oh our Sir, do not impose on us load, like which you imposed on our ancestors! Oh our Sir, do not overload us with what we cannot support! Tolerate us! Forgive us! Have compassion of our! You are our Protector! Grant to us the victory on the incredulous ones! "Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahu'l-mulk wa lahu'l-hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer (There is no god except Allaah Alone with no partner or associate; His is the Sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things)" Amin amin amin

 Ibn Umar ( R) reported that when the Messenger of Allah ( S ) ifrose from a meeting , implored God with these supplications : "My God ,infuses us fear Thee , so there is a barrier between disobedience to Youand we , grant us obedience to You with which reach Paradise;grant us the conviction with which the calamities of life are the mostlight ! My God , allows us to enjoy our ears , our eyes andour forces - while you allow us to live - and to accompany us tothe end of our days ! And grant that is our revenge against those whooppress us , and grant us the support against whom states in their enmity !Do not let them suffer misfortunes in our religion , and do not let theearthly life is our utmost desire , or that is the center of ourconcern ! My God , not in designes someone with authority , notbe gracious to us "( Tirmidhi )

Abu Huraira ( R) reported that the Messenger of Allah ( S ) said : " Ifsomeone to attend a meeting on frivolous things that are being spoken , andthat person before leaving plead : - O God , thou be glorified and praised . prestowitness that no god but Thee I ask your forgiveness and returnwill be to Thee ' , that person will be forgiven for his participation in such a meeting . "( Tirmidhi )833 . Abu Barza ( R) reported that the approaching day of the outcome ofhis life , the Messenger of Allah ( S ) , seeing that would leave a meeting ,used to supplicate : - O God , Be praised , and all praise is for You ! prestowitness that there is no god but Thee ! I ask your forgiveness , and I! return to you " A man said to him, O Messenger of God , now you're saying! words I never said before, " he said, " These words are an expiationof what happens in a meeting. " ( Abu Daud )
