• But nothing is forever. Allah swt has provided a solution and it is important to know that help is available.


What are some common mental health problems?
• Stress - Defined as the body's response to a demand that can be a phase of illness, a phase where expenses have gone out of control, a phase of change of work, a phase where our organism undergoes changes, or even phases where coexistence in the environment it has become difficult to understand and understand due to the aging of many or large numbers of people in their teens demanding more of us, a phase where we allow bad memories to constantly terrify us, or even a phase when we reach the limit from exhaustion. Stress can cause physical, emotional and behavioral disorders that can affect your health and tranquility, as well as personal and professional relationships. Too much stress can cause relatively minor illnesses, such as insomnia, back pain or headaches, and can contribute to life-threatening illnesses, such as high blood pressure and heart disease.
• Generalized Anxiety Disorder - An excessive feeling of fear or concern for things that are independent of a stressful event, includes obsessive, incoherent thoughts that result in abusive, irrational actions. General symptoms include problems such as sleep, continuous thoughts on the same theme, irrational desire, aggression, feeling panic, cold or sweaty hands, dry mouth, shortness of breath and being unable to remain calm.

• Panic attacks - sudden onset of intense fear and discomfort, which peaks in minutes and includes 4 of the following symptoms: increased heartbeat, tremors, sweating, nausea, feeling of suffocation, chest pain, dizziness, fear of losing control, fear of dying, feeling of unreality and feeling of numbness or tingling.


• Major Depressive Disorder - A feeling of constant hopelessness and despair.
It consists of a combination of symptoms that affect the individual's daily ability to work, sleep, eat and enjoy the things in life. It may occur only once, but it is more common to appear several times over the life of the individual.


• Marital issues - common disputes between spouses, family members that involve physical abuse and / or psychological abuse.

What causes to lose mental health?

• Role of Patience - The loss of control of patience, that is to say keeping yourself balanced, without leaving within yourself what others like rude words, attitudes that attack or offend us, as well as excessive praise, offers of goods as gifts and money are also out of balance. Islam attaches great importance to patience and is the focus of some 200 verses from the Qur'an, and referred to indirectly in many others. Patience is a virtue

Our prophet Mohamad (saw) and other prophets (sasws) suffered persecution, even though they didn't have much material. Realize: How many families destroyed because of a person's envy, and we don't even realize that they are acting to destroy, but making themselves friends, ready to pay bills and make themselves the victim of the world, without failing to stick against each other, continue controlling everyone's life, even if they have to spend a lot of money paying company debts, which in fact, they are trying to buy the family of the other who is the object of envy, to blackmail in the future, to humiliate, in short, they are sick people who contaminate other people without them realizing that they are being contaminated.

What is the connection between mental health and Islam?
• Spiritual Resilience - Islam offers all the knowledge and tools necessary for Muslims to live a peaceful life using their internal forces and having a strong relationship with the supreme power, Allah swt, being optimistic, purifying their feelings and without waiting for events improve.

Islam recognizes the importance of spiritual status as an inner force that can be exercised to have a calm mind, a healthy conscience and positive thoughts.
• Psychology in Islam is used in everyday practices, but in different forms, such as spiritualism. Islam values ​​the importance of good mental health and emotional well-being.
The Qur'an can be used as a guide for those who suffer from emotional suffering and aims to lead people to a meaningful quality of life. 'There is no disease that Allah created, except that He also created his treatment' (Hadith).
• If we were to record an MRI video of neural changes that happen in our brain when they say the word 'no' or say other words that "offend us", we have a sudden release of stress producing hormones and neurotransmitters. These chemicals (hormones) immediately interrupt the normal functioning of the brain, impairing logic, reason, language processing and communication.

More than a thousand years before the construction of Western psychology, the psychological language of the Qur'an described destructive emotions and harmful conditioning as nafs al-ammara or the "self that commands. The Qur'an provides guidance to help overcome the inner turmoil we may experience, caused by the nafs al-ammara and create the peaceful self or nafs al-mutmainna.
Islamic psychology or nafs science is the philosophical study of the psyche or mind from an Islamic perspective, which addresses psychology, neuroscience, philosophy of mind, psychiatry and
psychoneuroimmunology. Due to the multidimensional use of words in the Arabic language, it is difficult to translate into a specific word, but the word nafs refers lexically to our soul, to the psyche, to the
heart or mind, "senses". Nafs is used to indicate our own self or used as a synonym
of Freud's libido. The second way that nafs has been used in the Qur'an is to refer to a part of
specific of our self that has desires, appetites. The Islamic concept of nafs highlights the composition
intricate and complex inner self. Freud in the early 1900s described similar states
like the id, ego and superego.
The Qur'an describes nafs, or self, as operating in one of three states: nafs al-ammara (self commander); nafs al-lawwama - i accuser; and nafs al-mutmainna (peaceful me). The Quran
explains how these states command our psyche and tell us what to do, they control and dominate us. If we have nafs al-ammara, it means that we are subdued by the self, we listen and follow its commands. This step describes the part of us that requires material goods and sensual desires.
With nafs al-lawwama, we are aware of our own imperfections and, inspired by our hearts, we see the results of our actions and our weaknesses and aspire to perfection.
Finally, nafs al-mutmainna implies contentment and peace, there are no immoral desires. This is the ideal state of the ego, there is tranquility and peace

The Qur'an and practices for mental health and the basis for current sciences, which now understand the need for the remembrance of Allah (swt), to maintain and restore balance.

IMPORTANT: When our emotional needs are being poorly met, nafs
al-ammara begins to control our feelings, thoughts and behaviors, Allah swt has granted healing, which is prescribed in the Quran, which provides us with guidance to learn and practice exercises that lead to relaxation because they bring the person closer to Allah (swt), is the Zikr / Dhikr “Those who believed and whose hearts are secured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured Quran (13:28)

Zikr (remembrance of Allah swt) is to weaken the influence of the nafs al-ammara. This is because when the "memories" of negative situations are in continuous thinking, nafs - alammara is in control, our thoughts are distorted, leading us to take things personally, to see everything in a negative light and to believe that things they cannot be changed for the better, causing the individual to make wrong decisions, such as: revenge, fleeing the situation, acting irresponsibly, inverting values, thinking that the place where they are is not good and needs to escape, leads to distance from people who really want you well, and many even allow themselves to be guided by false people, by erroneous thoughts, because they are keeping the "memory" of bad facts. This fact stagnates (keeps it still) immersed in wrong feelings and accumulating errors, because the hormones that increased are harmful, as well as the memories that are nourished.

To get out of this phase, there is no need to "run away", change, avenge, or leave work, not leave school or family. Islam has as one of the fundamental principles that Muslims take care to obtain knowledge, as well as prioritize mental and physical health. Look for himmet.

How to get out of this disease? What healing is proposed in the Quran?


When our conscience, nafs al-lawwama, is active, we realize that something is wrong with the way we are feeling and behaving. We can then learn to challenge negative thinking by taking ourselves to our nafs al-mutmainna. The Qur'an uses a technique called Zikr to strengthen the nafs al-lawwama and help bring about a more peaceful state of being, Allah swt says:

Someone who feels completely lost and alone in the face of a crisis would likely feel helpless and depressed. But someone who feels supported by a compassionate God who genuinely cares, who hears desperate pleas and who gives generous help, is more likely to
get back on track much faster, because there is a strong hand to help while dealing with life's problems. problems. Islam is the basis of many beneficial treatments used today by Westerners. Man treats his emotional when he changes his thinking through logical discussions
and refuting wrong and illogical ideas. This method of treatment is exactly in line with the Qur'an, which aims to treat the self and reform its deviation.
Mindfulness is a modern concept, which emphasizes a mental state of awareness, focus and happiness. Mindfulness is a way in which we can become more aware of ourselves, of our thoughts and feelings, and act consciously of ourselves and others, despite our desires.


In addition, it is very similar to the principle of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

 CBT explores the link between thoughts, emotions and behavior, which aims to alleviate suffering by encouraging people to develop more adaptive cognitions and behaviors. CBT is the most widely researched and empirically supported psychotherapeutic method. There is a strong evidence base reflected in the clinical guidelines, which recommend CBT as a treatment for many common mental health disorders. Ultimately, CBT aims to teach people how to help themselves by understanding their current ways of thinking and behaving and equipping them with tools to change their maladaptive cognitive and behavioral patterns. Or, as Allah swt says in the Qur'an: Remember Me, that I will remember you (* 2-152).

 POINTS TO PONDER:


These are just a few points to show how the Qur'an highlights the importance of psychological well-being. If we as a society are to move forward and remove the stigma associated with health
mental, the first thing we should do is:
• Do not allow what others say about thinking to interfere in our thoughts, in our life, in the relationships we have with ourselves and with our family members;
• Understanding that Allah swt has given everyone only ONE life, on this planet, and it is for us to take care to seek knowledge and remembrance of the words of Allah swt, we have to fulfill our work obligations and improve ourselves with more and more learning, if we have children and spouses, we have to dedicate enough time so that we can share happy moments, to teach and learn from each other, to contemplate the benefits of Allah swt (nature), because life is indeed small and we do not know what will happen from here little by little, therefore, Learn, Care, Share, Learn, Do, and a lot of Zikr, constantly: Whoever does this keeps busy and does not matter what
others speak think, act. Living joyful moments with spouse and children is healing.
• Understand that those who speak badly act badly think badly, are contaminating the planet earth and are making themselves sick. What we have to do is distance ourselves, and understand that they are people
who are sick. For this reason, we will try to ensure that our children, spouses and ourselves remain cured, healthy, doing Du'a for the sick, without thinking or giving importance to
attitudes of others. After all, what we do good, we will receive, what we do badly, we will receive !.

• To seek the joy of knowing more and more about the miracles of the Qur'an, to seek to know more about the various sciences, to seek to teach what we know to young people and to keep our thoughts occupied with learning and how we can teach them, allowing Allah swt to grant the best ways to receive subsidy to pay for housing, food, clothing. Remembering that Allah swt's promise to Muslims is sacred in this world and in the next world. We must all pursue the same common goal of love and humility, not letting bad memories settle in our thinking, because they cause disease and we don't realize it.
We must take care of our duties in this life and remember Allah swt, be role models for children and young people, and make them feel at our side in a place where people can live free from fear, corrected from mistakes and have the learning to I always get it right, so that everyone has mental and soul health!
Ibn Abbas (RAA) narrated that one day he was behind the Prophet SAAS when he turned and said: “Oh young man, I will teach you a few words: Remember Allah swt and He will keep you. Remember Allah swt and you will always find Him with you. If you beg for something, beg Allah swt. And if you need help, turn to Allah swt. And you are sure that even if all the people come together to benefit you in something, they will not do it, except what Allah swt has arranged for you. And if they get together to harm you in something, they will not do it, except what Allah has determined about you. Thus, the pens (from the pens) are removed, and the leaves (from the books of destiny) dry. ” (Tirmidhi)


"O Creator of heaven and earth. You are my Protector in this world and in the next. Make me die a Muslim (submissive to You) and join the virtuous ones." Surat Yussuf: 101.

One of the widely discussed concepts is himmet. What is the met himmet ı that is frequently used by the Sufi owners? Why is the topic of discussion, where is it misunderstood? Why and how do you use Himmet?

Himmet means gathering the heart, will, emotion and thought to a point in the sense of words and aiming at one goal. The root of the word is Arabic “ hemm ”. Hemm, whether good or bad, to do anything to him, himmet, precious, honorable and means to turn to beautiful things.

When we think in the sense of words, every human being has a goal that is determined and directed towards effort. Some of the people just turn to the stomach, others to the heart.

Everyone's worth is measured by what they're headed for. From this point of view, only the world's concern is worthless in the sight of Allah.
 The goal of Allah's consent, the value of words can not be measured. Help and support comes to mind when we talk about himmet in our daily lives today.

When I say im my client has been solved with something of him or something, we mean that I got rid of the boredom with the support he provided me.

No one denies such a service. Because all humanity has been created in need of each other. The weak need the strong, the poor need the rich, the sick need the doctors, the ignorant need the scholars; those who were given material and spiritual opportunities and blessings were also assigned to deliver them to the needy.


Himmeti of the Parents

When it comes to the issue of himmet of the widely debated parents and the perfect master; this is called the master's favor, spiritual saving, evil eye, feyzi and prayer.

Some objections to the protection and protection of parents by remote persons. Since the issue takes place through the spirit in the spiritual world, the mind that is condemned to material conditions has difficulty in understanding it. Because of this himmet and aid manifests in different sizes, out of known time and distance measures.

 For this reason, those who do not experience it in person, believe that it is and want evidence and explanation to understand the event. They're right about that. We will ask the people of the matter and those who experience it. We will put forward the evidence. We will identify misunderstandings and practices.

According to Sufism , himmet; the servant himself or someone else to reach a charity, to protect from evil or to capture a violin using all his spiritual power to the heart with the direction of God Almighty. ( Djurani )

 Himmet is the help of the devotees by Allah's permission by the souls who are cleansed with divine light and exalted with piety. These spiritual souls are not bound to time, they are not limited to space. Financial conditions will not prevent them. Himmet is a divine light entrusted to all parents. He travels with light, nurture and reinforce the right passengers. Himmet is a mercy from Allah. The people of Himmet are friends of Allah, who is tasked with delivering a mercy. In the words of the Qur'an, they are called “jündullah ( soldiers of Allah ).. Only Allah knows their numbers, places and duties. (Muhdessir / 31) They are composed of angels and believers. Almighty Allah, through them to help and resolve their obligations. In fact, it is Allah who supports his servant and unravels his affection.


The other beings, whether prophets or guardians, are nothing but means. The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) says this truth: Allah Allah is the Giver, and I have the duty to divide and deliver what is given. ”(Bukhari, Muslim)

     Divine Catering Himmet A capital given by Allah to the Mutaklar, Himmet is a divine trust. It is a gift of Allah to the loved ones, the fruit of the divine love, and the gifts of the devotees. Allahu Teala, in a famous kudsi hadith, offers this treat to his loved ones:

      “When I love my servant who comes to me with obligatory and futile worship, I become his seeing eye, hearing ear, holding hand, walking foot. He sees with me, hears with me, holds with me, walks with me. If he takes refuge in me, I'il protect him. If he asks me something, I will give it to him. ”(Bukhari, Ibnu Mace, Ahmed)

Here is summarized in this hadith all the miracles and himmet that the parents reached. In this hadith, let us hear from the great interpreter Fahruddin Razi about the extent to which the opportunities and powers given to the friends of Allah are:

       “If one continues to obey Allahu Tealâ with great devotion and sincerity, he ascends to an authority commanded by Allah to be his eye and ear. When Allah's light is an ear for His servant, he hears the distant and hears the distant. When this light becomes an eye for him, he sees the distant as he sees the relative. And when this light becomes a hand for the servant, that hand has the power to force, easy, close, far away, everything. ”(Mefatihu'l-Gayb)

          Here, a perfect parent, a believer who wants to help him to stay narrow and divine after the help of this light. Regardless of the distance, a devoted guardian whose heart is polished with divine light can see all parts of the world, hear every sound, extend hands all the way with the permission and will of Allah. This is easy and possible for Allahu Tealâ's worshipers. However, this blessing to whom, when, to what extent will determine the Almighty Hak .


Himmet Depends on Sincerity and Literature


           The best cause of God's mercy is the sincerity of the heart. In his request, Allahu Tealâ hears the prayer of the unwary heart, but does not accept it. Nobody, who is sincere, patient and determined when the desire and wants, does not return empty-handed. In his book el İnsan-ı Kamil Büyük, the great parent Abdulkerim al-Cilî (KS) states that all success depends on sincerity in Himmet:

Samimi There are two portents of the sincere in his will: to believe in what he is going to be and what he wants, and to do what is required of his power. No one who is not like this is not called himmet and perseverance owner. He is a man who only avoids empty hopes and is a liar in his cause. Such a person can not find what he is looking for, can not meet his beloved. His situation is like a person who doesn't have a pen, paper and doesn't know how to read or write. How will someone in this situation write the letter? Why does he want to write letters like this?

” Himmet Limited to Fate

“Say my Messenger: I do not have any benefit and harm to myself other than Allah wills.” (A'raf / 188) states that everything is at the discretion of Allah Almighty. Great arif Ibnu Atâ (KS) says in his book Hikem: “No matter how big and fast the Himmet cannot cross the fate..

 Kamil , the master, does not look at the wishes of the master, but Allahu Tealâ's appreciation for him. There is a kind of destiny that Allah has decided to make its realization. It is inevitable that what is given this provision will happen and it cannot change him prayer and himmet. There is some kind of destiny that depends on a number of reasons. Here prayer, himmet and charity benefit in this part.

As such, some of them said: “my master is gavst, whatever he wants from Allahu Tealâ; at a glance, the unbelieving believer, the disbelievers in the mutt, defeats an army alone! These are the things that are in the power of Allahu Tealâ, and the friends of Allah always want the appropriate things in the divine murmur. The great parent Mevlana Khalid Baghdadi (KS) sends the following answer to the governor of Akka, Abdullah Pasha, who asked him for prayers and himmet for the continuation of his generation:

“We do not see ourselves as the people of Himmet . However, even so, himmet is not used until it is understood that the desired thing is accidental (a fate linked to its occurrence). The fate that is certain (accident-i mubram), not the guardians, not even the himmen of the prophets can not change.

He should consent to his conclusion and surrender to Allahu Tealâ. Let us note that, to avoid denial of the parents as vacip; It is also wajib to avoid the conjectures about them that will disrupt faith. These extreme and dangerous beliefs are more likely to be attributed to those who believe in good faith and excessive affection for parents. Remember, the devil is the owner of trickery and order; He tries every way to take people to the helake. ”(Mektubat-ı Mevlana Halid, Letter 7)


Himmet Is Not Self, It Is Suitable For Wisdom

Arifs are in love with Allahu Tealâ's wisdom. They look at the outcome, not the visible side of things. They seek for the reasons that bring them closer to Allah for themselves and their students. His approach to the servant Allahu Tealâ depends on the discipline of the soul. This training sometimes occurs with health and sometimes with illness. Some heart diseases are treated with poverty, loneliness and helplessness. Sometimes painful experiences are required to remove heart stiffness and blight. The disciple does not know them and asks for trouble and prayer from his master to get rid of them. Mürşid sees that with distress light and divine knowledge, that distress is a medicine for the disciple's problem and knows that it brings him closer to Allah; briefly – " We pray ."


The disciple thinks that the problem will end immediately. However, the master of Allah, Allahu Tealâ'dan wants to continue that hardship. Because the medicine of the disciple's blunder is in that trouble. It is not friendship, but betrayal.


First Service , Then Himmet

Mürid: “himmet sir!” He says, ş first, my son! ”Says the master. The Arif said: The himmet of the master is according to the effort of the master. The first job for a person who wants a beautiful crop in the field is to clean the field and sow the appropriate seeds there, then make the necessary irrigation. It is time to open your hand and ask for the best. If a man who does not do this, walks all the parents in the world and demands prayer for good crop, the crop is not in the field, but the thorn is over.

DUROOD-E-FATH
ALLAHUMMA SALLI WASALLIM WABARIK ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADINIL FAATIHI LIMA UGHLIQA WAL KHAATIMI LIMA SABAKA WAN NAASIRIL HAQQA BIL HAQQI WAL HAADI ILA SIRAATIKAL MUSTAQEEMI SALLAL LAAHU ALAIHI WA ALA AALI WA ASHABIHI HAQQA QADRIHI MIQDAARIHIL AZEEM.
"O Allah! May Thy grace, peace and blessings rest on Muhammad, our Master, who opens that which is closed, and closes that which is preceded, who helps truth with truth, and who guided mankind to Thy straight path. May blessings of Allah be on him and his Family and Companions as according to his exalted position befitting his merit and his high rank".
Actually, this Durood Shareef is in the Holy Quran; but then it was kept a secret. Hazrat Abu-Bakr Siddique (radi Allahu anhu), the first Caliph of Islam, used to recite it daily without fail. Some narrations say that it is because of this Durood that he was awarded the title of "Siddique" which means "Testifier to the Truth".
Hazrat Abul Muqqarab (radi Allahu anhu) says that a man's total sins will be washed away if he recites Durood-e-Fath for forty days continuously.
Hazrat Shaikh Muhammad Bakari (radi Allahu anhu) says that the recitation of Durood-e-Fath once a day relieves the reciter from the Fire of Hell.
Hazrat Syed Ahmed Hillam (radi Allahu anhu) says that Durood-e- Fath was the most favourite routine of Hazrat Ghaus-e-Azam, Sheikh Abdul Qaadir Jilani (radi Allahu anhu) of Baghdad Shareef.
The great Saints also say that Durood-e-Fath is actual and real light.
Hazrat Sheikh Yusuf Bin Ismail (radi Allahu anhu) says that this Durood Shareef is the greatest mystery of Allah. It brings 100% success and happiness to the reciter. In fact, this Durood Shareef brings prosperity and favour and solves all the complex problems by the Grace of Allah. When a man recites this Durood Shareef, the Angels of Allah surround him, mercy covers him and peace starts descending on him.
4. DUROOD-E-SHAFI'I
ALLAHUMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIN KULLAMA ZAKARAHUZ ZAAKIRUNA WA KULLAMA GHAFALA UN ZIKRIHIL GHAFILUN.
"O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad and his children whenever he is remembered by those who remember him, and shower blessings on Muhammad and family whenever he is not remembered by the negligent, and grant him peace constantly in abundance".
This Durood Shareef is called Durood-e-Shafi'i because Hazrat Imam Shafi'i (radi Allahu anhu) used to recite it constantly and he received glad tidings of Jannah in this world. This Durood Shareef is of a very great significance. It brings tremendous prosperity, health, happiness and success in this and the next world.
Hazrat Allama Sakhavi (radi Allahu anhu) has written in his book that Abdullah bin Abdul Hakam saw Hazrat Imam Shafi'i (radi Allahu anhuma) in a dream after his death and inquired about life after death. Imam Shafi'i (radi Allahu anhu) told him that because of the continuous recitation of the above Durood Shareef, Allah Ta'ala gave him the most exalted position of the highest grade in Heaven and forgave him. Hazrat Imam Muzni (radi Allahu anhu) has also narrated exactly the same story.
This Durood Shareef is of a very great significance. It brings tremendous prosperity, health and happiness and success in this world and the Aakirah.
5. DUROOD-E-DAWAAMI
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIN ADADA MA FI ILMIL LAAHI SALAWAATAN DAA'IMATAN BIDAWAAMI MULKILLAH.
"O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad, our master, in the number that is in Thy knowledge such blessings as may continue for ever eternal as Thy Kingdom".
This Durood Shareef is of a very great value. If it is recited only once, it amounts to all the rewards of all the Duroods. By reciting this Durood, one gets peace of mind and success in this world as well as in the next. After reciting this Durood Shareef, the reciter can claim that he has recited almost all the Duroods which are in this world known to the people. During days of upheavals, this Durood Shareef brings relief, success and true happiness. It is mostly the Saints and very pious people who recite this Durood after every prayer. They also recommended this Durood Shareef to all the needy.
6. DUROOD-E-TUNAJJINA
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYIDINA WA MAULANA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI SAYYIDINA WA MAULANA MUHAMMADIN SALAATAN TUNAJJINA BIHA MIN JAMI'IL AHWAALI WAL'AFAATI WA TAQDILANA BIHA MIN JAMI'IL HAAJAATI WATU TAHIRUNA BIHA MIN JAMI'IS SAYYI AATI WATAR FA'UNA BI HAA A'LAD DARAJAATI WATU BAL LIGHUNA BIHA AQSAL GHAAYAATI MIN JAMI'IL KHAIRAATI FIL HAYAATI WABA'DAL MAMAATI INNAKA ALA KULLI SHAY IN QADEER.
"O Allah! Shower blessings on Muhammad, our Master, and his Family such blessings by means of which Thou may relieve us of all anxieties and calamities. Thou may satisfy all our needs. Thou may clean us of all evils and thanks for which Thou may grant us high position and high rank and status in Thy presence, and Thou may lead us to the utmost limit of our aspirations and capacity in whatever is best in this world as well as in the world Hereafter, as Thou has the full Power over everything".
This Durood Shareef is always a cure for all calamities in the world of worldly affairs. It was taught by Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) himself. To recite this Durood Shareef 70 times during days of calamity, turmoil and trouble, is a must. It works wonders.
The great Scholar, Saint, Jurist and author, Imam ibn-Faikihani (radi Allahu anhu) says that there was once a pious man called Sheikh Moosa Zareer (radi Allahu anhu). He embarked on a voyage by ship. Due to a heavy storm, the ship started sinking. All the passengers on board started crying and clamouring, but Sheikh Moosa Zareer (radi Allahu anhu) went to sleep. He saw the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) in his dream and the Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) directed him and the passengers to recite Durood-e-Tunajjina 1 000 times. Sheikh Moosa Zareer (radi Allahu anhu) got up and started the recitation. As soon as he finished 300 Durood Shareefs, the storm subsided and the ship was saved. The other ship on the high seas sank, but this ship reached its destination safely and soundly. This miracle was a sufficient eye-opener for the members of the ship. It was by the Grace of Allah Ta'ala and Durood-e-Tunajjina that all were saved.
All the Saints have unanimously given verdict that Durood-e-Tunajjina is the best cure of all ills and all calamities of this world.
7. DUROOD-E-QURAANI
ALLAHUMMA SALLI WASALLIM ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI WA ASHABI BI ADADA MA FI JAMI'IL QURAANI HARFAN HARFAN WABI ADADI KULLI HARFIN ALFAN ALFAN.
"O Allah! Send your blessings and peace on Muhammad, our Master, and on his Progeny and his Companions according to the number of every letter in Quran and let each letter carry thousands of blessings and salutations in it".
This Durood Shareef is a very sacred one. If it is recited after every prayer, it is said that the reciter will receive the Sawaab equivalent to the recital of the entire Holy Quran. After reading the verses of the Holy Quran, this Durood Shareef should be recited 3 times.
8. DUROOD-E-SADAQAH
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIN ABDIKA WA RASOOLIKA WA SALLI ALAL MU'MINEENA WAL MU'MINAATI WAL MUSLIMEENA WAL MUSLIMAATI.
"O Allah! Shower Thy blessings and beneficence on Muhammad, Thy creature and Thy Messenger, and shower beneficence on all men of faith and women of faith, and Muslim men and Muslim women".
This Durood Shareef is a special one. Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (radi Allahu anhu), a close companion of the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim), says that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) said: "Whoever does not possess wealth to give in charity, should recite this Durood in his Du'a. It will become a source of (spiritual) cleanliness for him".
Hazrat Abu Huraira (radi Allahu anhu) says that the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) said: "Allah has said, 'If you spend I shall spend on you'". This means that if you spend your money on others - the poor, sick, needy and the orphan - Allah will give you in abundance. But, what if a man has nothing to give in charity? By reading Durood-e-Sadaqah, it will suffice.
9. DUROOD-E-WALI
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADININ NABI YIL UMMI YI WA AALIHI WABAARIK WA SALLIM.
"O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad, our chief the unlettered Apostle and his Family Thy favours and thy Salutations.
Hazrat Shah Wali'ullah Dehlvi (radi Allahu anhu) said that his father commanded him to recite the above Durood Shareef as it was the best one.
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu), a close companion of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim), has said that if a person recites this Durood eighty times on Friday (after evening prayers), then his sins equivalent to 80 years will be forgiven.
This is a very important Durood Shareef which brings forth immediate success and satisfaction to the heart and the mind.
Hazrat Zarar bin Auzar (radi Allahu anhu), another companion of the Holy Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) says that he used to recite this Durood Shareef and fight with the non-believers. In every battle, he saw that success kissed his feet, and he never lost any battle on any day.
10. DUROOD-E-ALI
ALLHUMMAJ AL SALAWAATIKA WA BARAKAATIKA ALA MUHAMMADININ NABI YI WA AZWAAJIHI UMMAHAATIL MU'MINEENA WAZURRIYATIHI WA AHLI BAYTIHI KAMA SALLAYTA ALA IBRAHIMA INNAKA HAMEEDUM MAJEED.
"O Allah! Bestow blessing and bounty on our Prophet and on his wives, who are the Mothers of the Faithful, and on his descendants and on the members of his Household in the manner as Thou conferred blessings on Prophet Ibrahim. Verily, thou art the Praiseworthy and the Glorious".
Hazrat Ali (radi Allahu anhu) said that if any one wishes that he should get the maximum reward for one Durood alone, then he must recite the above Durood Shareef.
11. DUROOD-E-GHAUSIA
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADINIS SAABIQI LILKHALQI NURUHU WA RAHMATUL LIL AALIMEENA ZUHURUHU ADADA MAMADA MIN KHALQIKA WAMAM BAQIYA WAMAN SAIDA MINHUM WAMAN SHAQIYA SALAWAATAN TASTAGHRIQUL ADDA WATUHEETU BIL HADDI SALAATAN LA GHAAYATA LAHA WALA MUNTAHA WALAN QADAAA'A SALAWAATAN DAAA'IMATAN BIDAWAAMIKA WA ALAAA AALIHI WASAHBIHI WA SALLIMA TASLEEMAM MISLA ZAALIKA.
"O Allah! Send thy blessings on our Master, Muhammad, whose light was created before anything else in this world and whose appearance became mercy and signal boon for all the creatures, equivalent to all those created previously and hereafter equal in number with the lucky and unlucky ones; and send thy blessing and bounties on him in the number which is impossible to be counted even, and which may be spread all over, and also that kindness and mercy which has neither beginning nor end, and which is always fresh and fine with your kindness, and the same blessings on his Family and Companions permanently".
This Durood Shareef was very dear and near to Hazrat Ghaus-e-Azam, Sheikh Abdul Qaadir Jilani (radi Allahu anhu) of Baghdad Shareef. He ended all his lectures, recitations and writings with this Durood. It is for this reason that it is called Durood-e-Ghausia. It is very sacred, very important, very effective and 100% success.
The Saints says that if a man recites this Durood Shareef 10 times in the morning and 10 times in the evening, Allah Ta'ala fetches him nearer and nearer and loves him a lot. The reciter becomes a Saint himself. Apart from this, he will be safe from all the catastrophes of the world. The Mercy of Allah will start pouring upon him endlessly.
12. DUROOD-E-AKBAR
ALLAHUMMA SALLI WA SALLIM ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADININ NABI YIL UMMIYIL ARABIYIL QURASHIYIL HAASHIMIYIL MAKKIYIL MADANIYI SAAHIBAT TAAJI WAL MI'RAAJI SAHIBIS SARAAYA WAL ATAAYA SAAHIBIL MAKAAMIL MAHMUDI WALHAWDIL MAWRUDI SAAHIBAS SUJUDI LIR RABBIL MA'BUD.
"O Allah! May Thy grace and peace rest upon Muhammad, our Master, the Prophet of Arabia of Quraish Tribe, of Hashmite Family of Mecca and of Madinah, who is the wearer of the Holy Cap, the one who ascended the Heavens and fought holy wars and achieved boons and bounties, the one who has place of praise and who is in-charge of Kausar Fountain, and one ever-bowed in supplication of Allah (and Allah alone)".
Hazrat Sheikh Mohi'uddin Ibn-e-Arabi (radi Allahu anhu) popularly known as "Sheikh-e-Akbar" has disclosed a number of benefits of this Durood. It is the most sacred, accepted and appreciated of Durood Shareefs.
13. DUROOD-E-NOOR
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIN NURIL ANWAARI WA SIRRIL ASRAARI WA SAYYIDIL ABRAAR.
"O Allah! Shower Thy blessings on our Hazrat Muhammad who is light, actual light and mystery amongst the mysteries, and the leader of excellents".
This is one of the the best Salawat in this world, and mostly Saints and pious religious leaders recite it daily without fail.
14. DUROOD-E-NABI
ALLAHUMMA SALLI WA SALLIM WA BAARIK ALA SAYYIDINA MUHAMMADIW WA AADAMA WA NUH HIW WA IBRAHIMA WA MUSA WA 'ISA WAMA BAYNAHUM MINAN NABBIYINA WAL MURSALEENA SALAWAATULLAHI WA SALAAMUHU ALAIHIM AJMA'IN.
"O Allah! Grant Thy blessings and Thy peace and Thy bounty to our Hazrat Muhammad, and on Adam, and on Nuh, and on Ibrahim, and on Musa, and on I'sa, and on those Prophets who were sent during the period between each of them. Blessings on Allah and His peace be on them all".
15. DAROOD-E-TAIYAB
ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIN ABDIKA WA RASOOLIKAN NABBIYIL UMMIYI WA ALAAA AALI MUHAMMADIN. ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIN WA ALAAA AALI MUHAMMADIN SALAWAATAN TAKUNU LAKA RIDAW WALAHU JAZAAA'AW WA LIHAQQIHI DAAA AW WA'ATIHIL WASILATA WAL FADILATA WAL MAQAAMAL MAHMUDAL LAZI WA'AD TAHU WA'AJZIHI AFDALA MA JAZAITA NABIYAN AN QAWMIHI WA RASOOLAN AN UMMATIHI WA SALLI ALA JAMI'I IKHWAANIHI MINAN NABBIYINA WAS SAALIHEENA YAA AR HAMAR RAAHIMEEN.
"O Allah! Shower Thy beneficence on Hazrat Muhammad, Thy slave and Thy Messenger, the Prophet who could neither read nor write, and on the House of Muhammad. O Allah! Shower Thy blessings on Muhammad, and on his House such blessings as may earn Thy Pleasure, and as may recompensate him as will be goodly need of his merit, and grant him the way of approach and elevate him to the most glorious positions which Thou has promised, and give him on our behalf the most beautiful requital and a reward more excellent than one granted by Thee to any Prophet on behalf of the people, and shower blessings on his brethren from amongst the Prophets and Righteous, O! The Most Beneficent".
Hazrat Ibn Abi Assim (radi Allahu anhu) narrates that Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) said that if any person recites the above Durood Shareef on 7 Friday nights for 7 times, then the intercession of the Prophet (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wasallim) is assured for the reciter on the Day of the Judgement.

ALLAHUMA SALLI ALA MUHAMMADIW WA ALA AALI MUHAMMADIN BI ADADI KULLI ZARRATIM MAA'ATA ALFIN ALFA MARRATIW WABAARIK WA SALLIM.
"O Allah! May Thy beneficence be on Muhammad and on the House of Muhammad in a number equal to a million fold of each atom (that is created by Thee) and Thy blessings be, Thy peace on him".
This Durood Shareef brings immediate success for the reciter and his entire family. It is a cure of all worldly ills.

Assalamu aleykum wa hamatullah wa barakatuh
Do you know what happens on the last day and the last hours of Ramadan every year? 
The last day of Ramadan to the afternoon prayer and after the afternoon prayer,through the promise of Allah, He will absolve all who have observed the faith and fasting throughout Ramadan and by praying firmly on the last day Allah swt forgive as much as He is the Forgiving One to all. Therefore, on the last day we should remember Allah swt (repeating the name of Allah swt, asking for forgiveness, thanking) in the intervals until the call of the prayer for prayer (sallah) until the night prayer and thank you very much Allah swt, not forgetting to ask Allah swt send Peace and blessings to the Prophet Muhammad (saw).Insallah Allah swt accept all the efforts we have made to please Him and accept the supplications and two, grant health, prosperity and peace, may we be more firm in faith and religion, study more, help more members of our Islamic community, rebuking the evil of language, gain, avarice and slander, but that our Allah swt see us every day striving to be better human beings, until the next Ramadan. insallah.  DAILY SUPPLICATIONS FOR THE MONTH OF RAMADAN
    أدعية الأيام في شهر رمضان
Translated from the Arabic by

· 1       اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيامي فيهِ صِيامَ الصّائِمينَ، وَقِيامي فيهِ قيامَ الْقائِمينَ، وَنَبِّهْني فيهِ عَنْ نَوْمَةِ الْغافِلينَ، وَهَبْ لى جُرْمي فيهِ يا اِلـهَ الْعالَمينَ، وَاعْفُ عَنّي يا عافِياً عَنْ الْمجْرِمينَ .
1.Lord! Make my fast in it one of those who truly fast, my prayers those of who truly pray, and awaken me from the sleep of the inattentive, grant me forgiveness for my sins in it, O Lord of the Worlds, and do forgive me, O One Who forgives sin.
· 2       اَللّـهُمَّ قَرِّبْني فيهِ اِلى مَرْضاتِكَ، وَجَنِّبْني فيهِ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَنَقِماتِكَ، وَوَفِّقْني فيهِ لِقِرآءَةِ آياتك بِرَحْمَتِكَ يا اَرْحَمَ الرّاحِمينَ .
2.Lord! Bring me closer in it to Your pleasure, enable me in it to avoid Your anger and wrath, enable me to be in it to recite Your verses with Your mercy, O most merciful of those who have mercy!
· 3       اَللّـهُمَّ ارْزُقْني فيهِ الذِّهْنَ وَالتَّنْبيهَ ، وَباعِدْني فيهِ مِنَ السَّفاهَةِ وَالَّتمْويهِ ، وَاجْعَلْ لى نَصيباً مِنْ كُلِّ خَيْر تُنْزِلُ فيهِ، بِجُودِكَ يا أجود الاْجْوَدينَ .
3.Lord! Grant me in it intelligence and attentiveness, distance me in it from nonsense and concealment, allot for me a portion of everything good which You send down in it with Your generosity, O most generous One!
·  4      اَللّـهُمَّ قَوِّني فيهِ عَلى إقامة أمرك، وأذقني فيهِ حَلاوَةَ ذِكْرِكَ، وَاَوْزعْني فيهِ لاِداءِ شُكْرِكَ بِكَرَمِكَ، وَاحْفَظْني فيهِ بِحِفْظِكَ وَسَتْرِكَ، يا أبصر النّاظِرينَ .
4.Lord! Strengthen me in it to perform Your commands, enable me in it to taste the sweetness of mentioning Your Name, enable me in it to truly thank You with Your generosity, and safeguard me in it with Your safeguard and cover, O most seeing One!
·5        اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْني فيهِ مِنْ الْمُسْتَغْفِرينَ، وَاجْعَلْني فيهِ مِنْ عِبادِكَ الصّالِحينَ اْلقانِتينَ ، وَاجْعَلني فيهِ مِنْ اَوْلِيائِكَ الْمُقَرَّبينَ، بِرَأْفَتِكَ يا اَرْحَمَ الرّاحِمينَ .
5.Lord! Enable me in it to be among those who seek Your forgiveness, make me in it among Your righteous and adoring servants, and enable me to be one of Your close friends through Your compassion, O most merciful One!
·  6      اللّـهُمَّ لا تَخْذُلْني فيهِ لِتَعَرُّضِ مَعْصِيَتِكَ، وَلا تَضْرِبْني بِسِياطِ نَقِمَتِكَ، وَزَحْزِحْني فيهِ مِنْ مُوجِباتِ سَخَطِكَ ، بِمَنِّكَ وأياديك يا مُنْتَهى رَغْبَةِ الرّاغِبينَ .
6.Lord! Do not abandon me in it when I am exposed to transgressing Your limits, do not whip me with the whips of Your wrath, keep me away from whatever brings about Your anger with Your boons and assistance, O One Who is the ultimate end of the desirous.
· 7       اَللّـهُمَّ اَعِنّي فِيهِ عَلى صِيامِهِ وَقِيامِهِ، وَجَنِّبْني فيهِ مِنْ هَفَواتِهِ وَآثامِهِ، وَارْزُقْني فيهِ ذِكْرَكَ بِدَوامِهِ، بِتَوْفيقِكَ يا هادِيَ الْمُضِلّينَ .
7.Lord! Help me in it to fast and to pray as it is worth, help me avoid its slips and sins, and grant me in it to continuously remember You with Your enabling, O One Who guides those who stray!
·   8     اَللّـهُمَّ ارْزُقْني فيهِ رَحْمَةَ الأيتام، وإطعام اَلطَّعامِ، وإفشاء السَّلامِ، وَصُحْبَةَ الْكِرامِ، بِطَولِكَ يا ملجأ الآملين .
8.Lord! Grant me in it mercy due to orphans, to be able to give away food, to disseminate the peace, to accompany the good ones through Your own favors, O haven of the hopeful!
· 9       اللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لي فيهِ نَصيباً مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ الْواسِعَةِ، وَاهْدِني فيهِ لِبَراهينِكَ السّاطِعَةِ، وَخُذْ بِناصِيَتي اِلى مَرْضاتِكَ الْجامِعَةِ، بِمَحَبَّتِكَ يا أمل الْمُشْتاقينَ .
9.Lord! Allot for me in it a portion of Your spacious mercy, guide me in it to Your glittering proofs, take my forelock to whatever achieves Your collective Pleasure through Your love, O hope of the eager ones!
·   10     اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْني فيهِ مِنَ الْمُتَوَكِّلينَ عَلَيْكَ، وَاجْعَلْني فيهِ مِنَ الْفائِزينَ لَدَيْكَ، وَاجْعَلْني فيهِ مِنَ الْمُقَرَّبينَ اِلَيْكَ، بإحسانك يا غايَةَ الطّالِبينَ .
10.Lord! Make me in it among those who depend on You, make me in it among the winners, and make me in it among those who are close to You with Your kindness, O ultimate end of the seekers!
·    11    اَللّـهُمَّ حَبِّبْ اِلَيَّ فيهِ الإحسان، وَكَرِّهْ اِلَيَّ فيهِ الْفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيانَ، وَحَرِّمْ عَلَيَّ فيهِ السَّخَطَ وَالنّيرانَ بِعَوْنِكَ يا غِياثَ الْمُسْتَغيثينَ .
11Lord! Make me in it love benevolence, hate immorality and rebellion, and prohibit in it anger against me and the Fires with Your assistance, O One Who brings relief to those who plead for it!
·    12    اَللّـهُمَّ زَيِّنّي فيهِ بِالسِّتْرِ وَالْعَفافِ، وَاسْتُرْني فيهِ بِلِباسِ الْقُنُوعِ وَالْكَفافِ، وَاحْمِلْني فيهِ عَلَى الْعَدْلِ والإنصاف، وَآمِنّي فيهِ مِنْ كُلِّ ما أخاف، بِعِصْمَتِكَ يا عِصْمَةَ الْخائِفينَ .
12Lord! Decorate me in it with a covering and with honors, shield me in it with the outfit of contentment and sufficiency, enable me in it to be just and fair, and bring me in it security against what I fear with Your protection, O Protector of the fearful!
·     13   اَللّـهُمَّ طَهِّرْني فيهِ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ والأقذار، وَصَبِّرْني فيهِ عَلى كائِناتِ الأقدار، وَوَفِّقْني فيهِ لِلتُّقى وَصُحْبَةِ الأبرار، بِعَوْنِكَ يا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ الْمَساكينَ.
13Lord! Purify me in it from uncleanness and filth, enable me in it to be patient about whatever the fates bring, grant me success in it for righteousness and for the company of the kind ones with Your assistance, O apple of the eyes of the indigent!
·    14    اَللّـهُمَّ لا تُؤاخِذْني فيهِ بِالْعَثَراتِ، وَاَقِلْني فيهِ مِنَ الْخَطايا وَالْهَفَواتِ ، وَلا تَجْعَلْني فيهِ غَرَضاً لِلْبَلايا والآفات، بِعِزَّتِكَ يا عِزَّ الْمُسْلِمينَ .
14 Lord! Do not penalize me in it when I slip, protect me in it from sinning and slipping, and do not be an object to trials and tribulations with Your Dignity, O One Who safeguards the dignity of the Muslims!
·  15      اَللّـهُمَّ ارْزُقْني فيهِ طاعَةَ الْخاشِعينَ، وَاشْرَحْ فيهِ صَدْري بإنابة الْمخْبِتينَ، بأمانك يا أمان الْخائِفينَ .
15 Lord! Grant me in it the obedience of the devout, expand my chest in it with the return to You of those who abandoned You, through Your security, O One Who brings security to the fearful!
·    16    اَللّـهُمَّ وَفِّقْني فيهِ لِمُوافَقَةِ الأبرار، وَجَنِّبْني فيهِ مُرافَقَةَ الأشرار، وَآوِني فيهِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ اِلى دارِ الْقَـرارِ، بإلهيّتك يا اِلـهَ الْعالَمينَ .
16 Lord! Grant me success in it to be in agreement with the kind ones, enable me in it to avoid the company of evildoers, enable me in it with Your mercy to be lodged in the abode of eternity with Your Godhead, O Lord of the Worlds!

·    17    اَللّـهُمَّ اهْدِني فيهِ لِصالِحِ الإعمال، وَاقْضِ لي فيهِ الْحَوائِجَ والآمال، يا مَنْ لا يَحْتاجُ اِلَى التَّفْسيرِ وَالسُّؤالِ، يا عالِماً بِما في صُدُورِ الْعالَمينَ، صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ الطّاهِرينَ .
17Lord! Grant me in it guidance to do good deeds, allot for me in it the fulfillment of needs and of aspirations, O One Who needs no explanation or queries, the One Who knows the innermost of the worlds, bless Muhammed and his pure Progeny!
·    18    اَللّـهُمَّ نَبِّهْني فيهِ لِبَرَكاتِ أسحاره، وَنَوِّرْ فيهِ قَلْبي بِضياءِ أنواره، وَخُذْ بِكُلِّ أعضائي اِلَى إتباع آثارِهِ، بِنُورِكَ يا مُنَوِّرَ قُلُوبِ الْعارِفينَ .
18 Lord! Make me attentive in it to the blessings of his Sahar times, enlighten my heart in it with the light of its noors, make all my parts follow its tracks with Your own Noor, O One Who brings the noor (light) to the hearts of those who know You!
·    19    اَللّـهُمَّ افْتَحْ لي فيهِ أبواب الْجِنانِ، وأغلق عَنّي فيهِ أبواب النّيرانِ، وَوَفِّقْني فيهِ لِتِلاوَةِ الْقُرْآنِ، يا مُنْزِلَ السَّكينَةِ فى قُلُوبِ الْمُؤْمِنينَ .
19 Lord! Open for me in it the gates of the gardens, close from me in it the gates of the fires, enable me in it to recite the Qur’an, O One Who sends down calm to the hearts of the faithful!
·   20     اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لى فيهِ اِلى مَرْضاتِكَ دَليلاً، وَلا تَجْعَلْ لِلشَّيْطانِ فيهِ عَلَيَّ سَبيلاً، وَاجْعَلِ الْجَنَّةَ لى مَنْزِلاً وَمَقيلاً، يا قاضِيَ حَوائِجِ الطّالِبينَ .
20 Lord! Guide me in it to earn Your Pleasure, do not let Satan find in it his way to me, and let Paradise be my home and eternal abode, O One Who fulfills the needs of those who plead!
·     21   اَللّـهُمَّ افْتَحْ لى فيهِ أبواب فَضْلِكَ، وَاَنْزِلْ عَلَيَّ فيهِ بَرَكاتِكَ، وَوَفِّقْني فيهِ لِمُوجِباتِ مَرْضاتِكَ، وَاَسْكِنّي فيهِ بُحْبُوحاتِ جَنّاتِكَ، يا مُجيبَ دَعْوَةِ الْمُضْطَرّينَ .
21 Lord! Open for me in it the gates of Your favor, send down to me in it Your blessings, enable me in it to earn whatever brings about Your Pleasure, house me in it in the opulence of Your gardens, O One Who responds to the call of the compelled ones!
·   22     اَللّـهُمَّ اغْسِلْني فيهِ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ، وَطَهِّرْني فيهِ مِنَ الْعُيُوبِ، وَامْتَحِنْ قَلْبي فيهِ بِتَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ، يا مُقيلَ عَثَراتِ الْمُذْنِبينَ .
22Lord! Wash my sins away in it, purify me from defects, ascertain my heart in it with the piety of the hearts, O One Who corrects the slips of the sinners!
·   23     اَللّـهُمَّ إني أسألك فيهِ ما يُرْضيكَ، وأعوذ بِكَ مِمّا يُؤْذيكَ، وأسألك التَّوْفيقَ فيهِ لاِنْ أطيعك وَلا أعصيك، يا جَوادَ السّائِلينَ .
23 Lord! I plead to You to enable me to achieve whatever pleases You, I seek refuge with You from whatever offends You, and I plead to You to grant me the ability to obey You and not to disobey, O most Generous One of all those to whom pleas are made!
·   24     اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْني فيهِ مُحِبَّاً لأوليائك، وَمُعادِياً لأعدائك، مُسْتَنّاً بِسُنَّةِ خاتَمِ أنبيائك، يا عاصِمَ قُلُوبِ النَّبِيّينَ .
24 Lord! Make me in it one who loves Your friends, who is hostile to Your foes, following the Sunnah of the Seal of Your Prophets, O One Who protects the prophets’ hearts!
·   25     اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ سَعْيي فيهِ مَشْكُوراً، وَذَنْبي فيهِ مَغْفُوراً وَعَمَلي فيهِ مَقْبُولاً، وَعَيْبي فيهِ مَسْتُوراً، يا اَسْمَعَ السّامِعينَ .
25Lord! Make my endeavor in it appreciated (by You), my sin it forgiven, my deed in it accepted, my defect in it covered, O most hearing of those who hear (pleas)!
·  26      اَللّـهُمَّ ارْزُقْني فيهِ فَضْلَ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، وَصَيِّرْ أموري فيهِ مِنَ الْعُسْرِ إلى الْيُسْرِ، وَاقْبَلْ مَعاذيري، وَحُطَّ عَنّيِ الذَّنْبَ وَالْوِزْرَ، يا رَؤوفاً بِعِبادِهِ الصّالِحينَ .
26 Lord! Grant me in it the honor of Laylatul-Qadr, change my affairs in it from hardship to ease, accept my excuses, remove from the sin and its burden, O One Who is affectionate towards His righteous servants!
·   27     اَللّـهُمَّ وَفِّرْ حَظّي فيهِ مِنَ النَّوافِلِ، وأكرمني فيهِ بإحضار الْمَسائِلِ، وَقَرِّبْ فيهِ وسيلتي إليك مِنْ بَيْنِ الْوَسائِلِ، يا مَنْ لا يَشْغَلُهُ إلحاح الْمُلِحّينَ .
27Lord! Make my lot of Nafl (supererogatory) deeds in it abundant, honor me in it with the presence of pleas, bring my means towards You closer from among all means, O One Who is not distracted by the persistence of those who persist!
·    28    اَللّـهُمَّ غَشِّني فيهِ بِالرَّحْمَةِ ، وَارْزُقْني فيهِ التَّوْفيقَ وَالْعِصْمَةَ ، وَطَهِّرْ قَلْبي مِنْ غَياهِبِ التُّهْمَةِ ، يا رَحيماً بِعِبادِهِ الْمُؤْمِنينَ .
28 Lord! Overwhelm me in it with (Your) mercy, grant me in it success and protection, purge my heart of the depths of accusation, O most Merciful One of His believing servants!
·   29    اَللّـهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيامى فيهِ بِالشُّكْرِ وَالْقَبُولِ عَلى ما تَرْضاهُ وَيَرْضاهُ الرَّسُولُ، مُحْكَمَةً فُرُوعُهُ بِالاْصُولِ، بِحَقِّ سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّد وَآلِهِ الطّاهِرينَ، وَالْحَمْدُ للهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمينَ .
29 Lord! Make my fast in it a means to thanking You and to accepting what You accept and what the Messenger () accepts, its branches perfected through its principles, by the right of our Master Muhammed and his Pure Progeny, and all praise belongs to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

Ayat-ul-Kursî.]—
Allah! There is no deity except He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth.
Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission?
He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter .
And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.


Allahu laa ilaha illa huwa, Al -Haiy ul-Qaiyum La ta'khudhuhu sinatu wa la nawm lahu ma fis -samawati wa ma fil-'ard Man dhal-ladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnihi Ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum wa la yuhituna bi shai'im min 'ilmihi illa bima sha'a Wasi'a kursiyuhus-samawati wal ard wa la ya'uduhu hifdhuhuma wa Hu wal 'Aliyul-Adheem

In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.
Say, “I seek refuge in (Allah) the Lord of the Daybreak.”
“From the evil (deeds) of that (creation) which He (Allah) created.”
“And from the evil (deeds of other people) when night time comes (and I am asleep unable to protect myself).”
“And from the evil (deeds) of those (people) who blow on knots (and call on Satin .Shaitan) to help them to cause harm)."
“And from the evil (deeds) of the jealous person when they become envious (and they try to cause harm).”


Quran 114:0
In the name of Allah, The Most Kind, The Most Merciful.
Say, “I seek refuge in (Allah) the Lord of (all) humans.”
“The king of (all) humans.”
“The Allah of (all) humans.”
“From the evil of the retreating whisperer (Satin.Shaitan) who whispers evil suggestions ,( but disappears when people remember Allah).”
‘Who whispers (evil suggestions) into the hearts of humans.”
“(Promoting evil) from among (both) the jinn and humans.”

Oh our Sir, do not condemn us, we are forgotten or we make a mistake! Oh our Sir, do not impose on us load, like which you imposed on our ancestors! Oh our Sir, do not overload us with what we cannot support! Tolerate us! Forgive us! Have compassion of us! You are our Protector! Grant to us the victory on the incredulous ones!


"Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, lahu'l-mulk wa lahu'l-hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer (There is no god except Allaah Alone with no partner or associate; His is the Sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things)"

Ao nascer, recebemos um jardim para cuidar, já com muitas sementes, que noscabe apenas regar, cuidando com carinho de cada canteiro.No canteiro do Amor, nascem os mais belos sentimentos, como a solidariedade,o afeto, a ternura e uma linda flor vermelha, chamada de solidariedade.No canteiro da esperança, nascem os sonhos, a perseverança, os desejos daalma, que bem regados, rendem muitos frutos, chamados de "realizações".No canteiro da alegria, flores lindas que sorriem para a vida, sãoconhecidas como "motivação", "boa vontade" e "persistência", sendofundamentais para a continuidade do nosso jardim.Mais ao fundo, um canteiro impressiona pela altura das flores, é o canteiroda fé, regado com orações e atitudes regeneradoras, sobem até o céu, emuitas das flores tocam os pés dos anjos, que tudo ouvem nas nossasplantações.Muitos cuidam do canteiro com trabalho incessante, vigiando os pensamentos,regando constantemente o amor, a alegria e a esperança, sempre com desejosincero de mudar para melhor.Assim, as flores crescem sempre fortes, lindas e mesmo diante dastempestades, próprias da vida, resistem ao tempo e as dificuldades,tornando-se cada vez mais belas.Outros, se perdem em lamentações, gastando o precioso tempo em divagações.Pensam nas plantas que poderiam ter e não tem, naquelas que já tiveram eperderam, nas belas plantas do vizinho, e vão se descuidando do jardim,deixando as ervas daninhas tomarem conta dos canteiros.Assim, plantas destruidoras como o ódio, a inveja, a calúnia, a preguiça, as paixões,
o desrespeito, entre outras pragas, vão tomando o lugar das flores, e vamos nos
tornando pessoas amargas, insensíveis, amarguradas, tristes e doentes.O jardim da vida são os seus pensamentos, o regador seus sentimentos e asemente, a fé.O jardineiro é você, a terra, a própria vida, a água é Allah (swt), fonte de toda avida, que está dentro de você, e em todos os lugares em forma de energia.Seja você, o próprio jardim de Deus, cuide dos seus canteiros, regue todosos dias com amor, esperança e fé.Eu acredito em você.

In the flowerbed of the hope, there joy plows born the dreams, the perseverance, the wishes daalma, what watered well, bring many results called of " realizations in.No flowerbed of the, lovely flowers that smile will be the life, sãoconhecidas like "motivation", " good will " and "persistence", sendofundamentais will be the continuity of our garden.
