“By Al-'Asr (the time). Verily, man is in loss. Except those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'ruf) which Allah has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar which Allah has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience.”
(Al-‘Asr 103:1-3)
Allah also swears by the night when it covers and the day when it appears and with the two kinds of creation: male and female. He also affirms that people’s efforts are diverse. He swears by the sun and its brightness, and by the day, night and the soul, affirming that whoever purifies his soul has succeeded and that whoever instills it with corruption has failed. All this, indicating that time is the essence of life.
Fellow Muslims! The wise is the one who reflects over his affairs and realizes that movement of days means nearness of his death however long or short he is destined to live. He then takes the safe side, strives in his day and prepare for his morrow. The time is nothing but man’s life and his repeated breath. Time is precious. The part of it that is gone will never be retrieved.
We seriously need to be alert. Many are the heedless who have sold off their most precious possession –their time – for a pittance. The time goes and those who fail to catch up with it, their days and times will go in vain and they will incur great loss, and nothing will remain of the life but only its effects. So choose for yourself what will benefit you. That is why the prosperous ones will be told on the Day of Resurrection,
“Eat and drink at ease for that which you have sent on before you in days past!”
(Al-Haaqqah 69:24)
And the miserable ones will be told,
“That was because you had been exulting in the earth without any right (by worshipping others instead of Allah and by committing crimes), and that you used to rejoice extremely (in your error). Enter the gates of Hell to abide therein: and (indeed) what an evil abode of the arrogant!”
(Ghaafir 40:75-76)
Dear brothers, sisters ! Man has two days in which he will regret his time that he has wasted and in which he will ask to be given some respite.
One: when he dies, that is when he will say,
“My Lord! If only You would give me respite for a little while (i.e. return to the worldly life), then I should give Sadaqah (i.e. Zakât) of my wealth, and be among the righteous.”
(Al-Munaafiqoon 63:10)
And the answer to this request will be:
“And Allah grants respite to none when his appointed time (death) comes. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do.”
(Al-Munaafiqoon 63:11)
Two: in the Hereafter when he enters Hell. Allah says,
“Therein they will cry: "Our Lord! Bring us out, we shall do righteous good deeds, not (the evil deeds) that we used to do.”
And the reply will be:
"Did We not give you lives long enough, so that whosoever would receive admonition could receive it? And the warner came to you. So taste you (the evil of your deeds). For the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers) there is no helper."
(Faatir 35:37)
Fellow Muslims! Preserving time and making proper spending of one’s life need some resoluteness and strong will. As for indolence, it is a destructive and fatal disease. It reflects negatively on individuals and the society. It causes languor, poverty, moral and material backwardness and it leads to sins. Though work might be strenuous, indolence is undoubtedly destructive. If one sits down too much, he will fail to achieve his goals.
Tell those who are looking for places of fun to kill their time: ‘Do you think that life is just a pastime or do you think that death is just a fun?’
Tell those who spend their days between illusions and dreams: ‘If you are ignorant of how much of the time you waste, visit the graveyards, and seek from their inhabitants some time so that you might know that time is a precious thing that cannot be perpetually owned and a missed thing that can never be retrieved.’
Many are those who say: O Lord, send me back to the world that I may do righteous deeds that I had earlier abandoned.’ But they will be told: ‘No, life does not go back.’
Free time does not remain so for ever. It must be filled with either a good or a bad deed. He who does not occupy himself with good deed will have himself occupied with evil deed. The righteous predecessors disliked that a man should have nothing to do neither in matters of his religion or matters of his worldly life. If free time is combined with wealth and health, the danger then becomes greater if that free time is not used in good thing. The Messenger of Allah said, “There are two blessings in which many people are deluded: health and free time.” (Al-Bukhaaree)
Brethren in Islam! If someone has no goal to pursue, he will waste his time. The one who wanders about aimlessly bothers none but only himself. A man without a goal is like a captain-less ship tossed about by the waves. Days are records of deeds, so fill them with good deeds. Opportunities move like clouds, and languor is the habit of backward people. He who adopts the life of weakness will stumble. If procrastination and indolence are combined they generate loss. One of the righteous people cried when he was dying and when he was asked of the cause of his crying he said, “I am crying in regret of a day in which I did not fast and a night in which I did not pray.”
The reality is that whenever everyone nears his death he regrets every moment in which he had not done a good deed, regardless of whether the person was righteous or neglectful. Can’t we then catch up with what is left of our lives? You will find the earliest generations the best in terms of their keenness to preserve their time more than a stingy person would be keen to preserve his money. The harvest of their keenness was useful knowledge, righteous deeds, fighting in the way of Allah, glory and a firm-rooted civilization of towering branches.
But when you look at the situation of the contemporary Muslims, you will be surprised to notice how they waste their lives and times in a manner that is foolish and idiotic thereby lagging behind after they had been the leaders.
Fellow Muslims! If a man’s life is blessed he attains, within a short time, uncountable favour's of Allah Many are those who are made to succeed in achieving a lot within a short time so much so that you think that their achievements are miracles, while the reality is that they are only blessed and made successful in investing their time in useful things. The best example is the Messenger of Allah who brought the people out of darkness to the light and changed the face of human history within a short period of twenty-three years.
Another example is ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab who worked continuously through days and nights. He would say, “If I slept in the night I would waste my life and if I slept during the day I will waste the lives of my subjects. How can I then sleep between these two periods?”
Ibn ‘Aqeel said, “I cannot waste an hour of my life. Even if my tongue stops from reading and discussing matters of knowledge, and my eyes stops from browsing books, I make use of my thoughts at my time of rest and when I am lying down. When I get up I’ll already have in my mind what needs writing down.” That is how he was able to write his book, al-Funoon, about which adh-Dhahabee said, “Nothing greater than it [in its field] has ever been authored.”
Ibn al-Qayyim said about his Shaykh, “I have seen wonders in the strength of Shaykh al-Islam concerning his ways, his actions and his writings. In a single day, he would author what a copyist would copy for a whole week.”
Adh-Dhahabee said about him, “His writings reached about five hundred volumes.”
All this is in addition to his other activities like da’wah and jihad.
It is an act of courage to admit mistakes and face the consequences, is still greater respect the teachings, and as a consequence, the brotherhood and respect all creations of Allah (SWT) and the Life.
It is our hope that you will meet or reason and then be excused and mercy?. If not, you need to atone for their sins?
Which of the two options, however, better for a Muslim in the process of making mistakes? We know that whatever God has decreed shall come to pass, and to Him belongs the control of all things in the beginning and end. But our approach is to take refuge in Allah swt in to the tests against mistakes

Brothers, sisters in faith! Since we have talked about time and the importance of investing it in useful things, here is a piece of advice for those who are gambling with their lives in the ambiguities of darkness that lead to unlawful shedding of the blood of Muslims.
Dears sisters,brothers, we are Muslimimam becauseof the Piety from Allah CC to us, elhamdulillah ! But, the afflictions of our Ummah are many and its wounds are still fresh. However, the most bleeding wound of the Ummah and its most painful disease is the deviant thoughts and actions of some of from ummah. It greatly pains this Ummah to see some attacking the scholars, the wise men of their society who weigh the interests of the Ummah and try to prevent the worst of the two evils with the lesser one. This is a deviation that results in killings and shedding of innocent blood among Muslims and within the vicinity of the sacred cities.
Sadder still is to see brothers and sisters, corrupted, homes being destroyed. More sadder , yet, is to see one muslim giving to other wrong orientation, when our duty is to help each to others to do all right with another muslim. How pain, when we see, the family, the couples what Allah CC United, being separated because of the thing fromthe dunya (ilusion) , young children and deviating from the path, for 'not having' a good example in their homes. The lack of unity and respect by many, that even with the 'knowledge' blessing from Allah (SWT), insisting on living like those who are 'corrupt'.
Time is short. Life is a passage to 'prove' our ability 'recognition' to achieve 'a life in paradise. " Many of us forget. Therefore, our moral duty is to act correctly, and admonish one another, comreal 'HELP', without hypocrisy.
May our Allah (swt) Al Hadi, Al Aziz, Al Muta'al,forgive our faults, and protect our families, protecting them from all evil, inside and out.

"Por Al-'Asr (o tempo). Na verdade, o homem está em perda. Allah (SWT) também jura pela noite, quando cobre eo dia em que ele aparece e com os dois tipos de criação: masculino e feminino. Ele também afirma que os esforços das pessoas são diversas. Estamos seriamente necessidade de estar alerta. Muitos são os desatentos que venderam sua mais preciosa posse de seu tempo - por uma ninharia. O tempo passa e aqueles que não conseguem alcançá-lo, os seus dias e horários será em vão e que ocorra a perda grande, e nada restará da vida, mas apenas seus efeitos. Então, escolha você mesmo o que vai beneficiar você. É por isso que os prósperos serão contadas no Dia da Ressurreição,
"Comer e beber à vontade para o que você enviou antes de fazer nos últimos dias!"
(69:24 Al-Haaqqah)
E os miseráveis serão informados,
"Isso foi porque você estava exultante com a terra sem qualquer direito (por outros em vez de adorar a Deus e por cometer crimes), e que você usou para se alegrar muito (no seu erro). Entre os portões do inferno onde permanecerá eternamente, e (mesmo) que um mal morada dos arrogantes! "
(Ghaafir 40:75-76)
Queridos irmãos! O homem tem dois dias em que ele vai se arrepender de seu tempo que ele tem perdido e em que ele vai pedir para ser dado algum descanso.
Um: Quando ele morre, que é quando ele vai dizer,
"Meu Senhor! Se você só me daria trégua por um tempo (ou seja, retorno à vida terrena), então eu deveria dar Sadaqah (Zakat ou seja) de minha riqueza, e ficar entre os justos. "
(63:10 Munaafiqoon-Al)
E a resposta a este pedido vai ser:
"E Deus concede trégua para ninguém quando o seu tempo determinado (a morte) vem. E Deus está bem inteirado do que você faz. "
(63:11 Munaafiqoon-Al)
Dois: No outro quando ele entra no inferno. Allah (SWT) diz:
"Aí eles vão gritar:" Ó Senhor nosso, tira-nos daqui, vamos fazer justiça boas ações, não (as más ações) que estamos habituados a fazer ".
E a resposta será:
"Não Damos-lhe uma vida longa o suficiente, para que todo aquele que receberá a admoestação poderia recebê-lo? E da Warner chegou a você. Por isso gosto de você (o mal de seus atos). Para o Zâlimûn (politeístas e iníquos) há sem ajuda. "
(Faatir 35:37)
IRMANDADE muçulmana! Preservando o tempo e fazer uma utilização correcta da vida de alguém precisar de alguma firmeza e força de vontade. Quanto à indolência, é uma doença destruidora e fatal. Isso reflete negativamente sobre os indivíduos ea sociedade. Ela provoca apatia, a pobreza, o atraso moral e material e que leva a pecados. Embora o trabalho pode ser árduo, indolência, sem dúvida, é destrutivo. Se alguém senta-se demais, ele não conseguirá alcançar seus objetivos.
Diga quem está à procura de locais de diversão para matar seu tempo: "Você acha que a vida é apenas um passatempo ou você acha que a morte é apenas um divertimento?
Digam aos que passam os dias entre as ilusões e sonhos: "Se você é ignorante de quanto tempo você desperdiça, visite os cemitérios, e buscar seus habitantes algum tempo para que você possa saber que o tempo é algo precioso que não pode ser perpetuamente propriedade e faltou uma coisa que nunca pode ser recuperado. "
Muitos são aqueles que dizem: Ó Senhor, manda-me de volta ao mundo para que eu possa fazer boas ações que eu já havia abandonado "Mas eles vão ser dito:".. Não, a vida não vai voltar '
Tempo livre não permanecer assim para sempre. Deve ser preenchido com um bom ou um mau ato. Quem não se ocupar com a boa ação terá a si mesmo ocupado com má ação. Os antecessores não gostava justo que um homem deve ter nada a ver nem em matéria de religião ou de assuntos da sua vida mundana. Se o tempo livre é combinada com a riqueza ea saúde, o perigo se torna maior se que o tempo livre não é usado em boa coisa. O Mensageiro de Allah (SWT)disse: "Há duas bênçãos em que muitas pessoas estão iludidas:. Saúde e tempo livre" (Al-Bukhari)
IRMANDADE muçulmana, somos muçulmanod pela Piedade de nosso Allah (sw) em nosas vidas! Se alguém não tem um objetivo a perseguir, ele vai perder seu tempo. Aquele que vagueia sem rumo nenhum incomoda, mas apenas a si mesmo. Um homem sem um objetivo é como um capitão do navio, menos agitada pelas ondas. Os dias são registros de fatos, de modo enchê-los com boas obras. Oportunidades de mover-se como nuvens, e languidez é o hábito de pessoas retrógradas. Aquele que adota a vida de fraqueza vai tropeçar. Se a procrastinação e indolência são combinados geram perdas. Uma das pessoas justas chorei quando ele estava morrendo e quando ele foi convidado a causa de seu choro, ele disse, "eu estou chorando em arrependimento de um dia em que eu não fácil e uma noite em que eu não rezo."
A realidade é que sempre que todo mundo se aproxima de sua morte ele lamenta a cada instante em que ele não tinha feito uma boa ação, independentemente de a pessoa foi justo ou negligente. Não podemos, em seguida, apanhar com o que resta das nossas vidas? Você vai encontrar as primeiras gerações de melhor em termos de sua vontade de preservar o seu tempo mais de uma pessoa avarento seria importante para preservar o seu dinheiro. A colheita do seu entusiasmo era de conhecimento útil, obras de justiça, luta pela causa de Allah (SWT), a glória e uma civilização de raízes firmes dos ramos mais altos.
Mas quando você olha para a situação dos muçulmanos contemporâneos, você ficará surpreso ao perceber como eles perdem suas vidas e os tempos de uma maneira que é tolo e idiota assim atraso depois de terem sido os líderes.
Companheiro muçulmanos! Se a vida de um homem é abençoado ele alcança, dentro de um curto período de tempo, incontáveis favor de Allah (SWT) Muitos são aqueles que são feitos para ter sucesso na obtenção de um lote dentro de um curto período de tempo tanto que você acha que suas conquistas são milagres, enquanto a realidade é que eles são apenas abençoou e fez sucesso em investir seu tempo em coisas úteis. O melhor exemplo é o Mensageiro de Allah (SWT) que tirou o povo das trevas para a luz e mudou a cara da história humana em um curto período de 23 anos.
Outro exemplo é o 'Umar ibn al-Khattab, que trabalhou continuamente através de dias e noites. Ele dizia: "Se eu dormi na noite eu iria perder minha vida e se eu dormi durante o dia eu vou perder a vida de meus súditos. Como eu posso dormir em seguida, entre esses dois períodos?
Aqeel Ibn 'disse: "Eu não posso perder uma hora da minha vida. Mesmo se a minha língua pára de ler e discutir questões de conhecimento, e meus olhos pára de livros de navegação, faço uso dos meus pensamentos no meu tempo de descanso e quando estou deitado. Quando me levanto eu já tenho em minha mente o que precisa escrever. " É assim que ele foi capaz de escrever seu livro, Funoon al-, Sobre o qual adh-Dhahabi disse: "Nada mais do que [em seu campo] nunca foi criado."
Ibn al-Qayyim disse sobre o seu Shaykh, "Eu tenho visto maravilhas na força do Shaykh al-Islam sobre seus caminhos, suas ações e seus escritos. Em um único dia, ele seria o autor de um copista copiava para uma semana inteira. "
Adh-Dhahabi disse sobre ele: "Seus escritos atingiu cerca de cinco centenas de volumes."
