all Muslims in general have certain rights over you. Allaamah Subhaani in `Targheeb wa Targheeb' has mentioned them on the authority of Hazrat Ali (Radiallahu Anhu) to be:
1.      Forgive the fault of your Muslim brother
2.      Have compassion during their grief and crying.
3.      Hide their faults.
4.      Accept their excuse.
5.      Remove any trouble or difficulty, which has befallen them.
6.      Always desire good for them.
7.      Guard the love they have for you.
8.      Be mindful of their rights.
9.      If they are sick then visit them.
10. If they pass away then attend their funeral (Janaaza).
11. Accept their invitation (Da'waat).
12. Accept the gifts they send to you.
13. Return the good they do to you.
14. Be grateful to them for their favours to you.
15. When the occasion arises, assist them.
16. Protect and look after their household and families.
17. Assist them in their need.
18. Listen to their requests.
19. Accept their intercession on behalf of others.
20. Do not make them despair from achieving their aims.
21. When they sneeze and say `Alhamdulillah', then reply by saying 'Yarhamukallah'.
22. Return their lost goods to them.
23. Reply to their Salaam.
24. Speak to them with kindness and with soft and pleasant words.
25. Be kind and bountiful towards them.
26. If they take a pledge while relying on you, then fulfill their pledge.
27. If someone is oppressing them then assist them; and if they are oppressing someone else then stop them.
28. Have love for them and do not have enmity with them.
29. Do not degrade them.
30. Whatever you desire for yourself, desire the same for them.

In other Hadiths this too has been added:

31. At the time when meeting them then make Salaam; and if you shake their hands then that will be better.
32. If coincidently you become angry with someone, then do not stop speaking to him for more than three days.
33. Do not be suspicious or doubt him.
34. Do not be jealous or have enmity and hatred towards him.
35. As far as possible command good and forbid him from evil.
36. Be kind to the young and respect the Elderly.
37. If two Muslims fight then create a truce between them.
38. Do not backbite about him.
39. Do not cause him any harm, neither in his honour nor in his wealth.
40. If he cannot mount his conveyance then give him support and assist him.
41. Do not make him stand up from his place for you to sit down on it.
42. Two people should not speak amongst themselves while leaving a third person out.
43. RESPEC THE RIGHT WHAT THOSE ALLAHCC MADE CLOSED TO YOU, HAVE ABOUT YOU!!!

At night, when copper (light),


By day shineth,


For Him Who created male and female,


That your efforts are different (as of goals).


But to him who gives (in charity and is God-fearing,


And believes in the best,


We will facilitate the way of comfort.


But to him that niggle and might be considered sufficient,


And deny the best,


We will facilitate the path of adversity.


And not avail him his property, when he falls into the abyss.


We know that the incumbent orientation,


So too are Our ​​end and the beginning.


So I have warned the voracious fire,

 The attitudes of those who are on a full stomach and soul contaminated by "pride" or even hearts faith who seek such other humans, and do not respect the teachings of our Propheta (saw​​) .... often mean the gap in the "other dish" that .... depend on attention of these other (because of Allah CCGive tests to everybody)

And, for sure, if everybody DO  his part, then Allahcc open the door of halal Blessings in abundance.
 
Allahcc is merciful and ALLAHCC  Does jover in the desert and  TO BURN the more tender crops!

A creature are not a muslim real slave , if are does not care about others what have relation done by Allahcc Wills 

Then , this fully blessed pray 5 times, go to the mosque, say astagfirullah and do duties but despising those asked help to it? Is this the moral what Allahcc said to each creature have?
 Zakat and to pray is many more than praise acts (owner performance)... These are MORAL ATTITUDE about of the others , responsabilities done by Allahcc , as mission in this live, for u give help to othe other and take Help from Allahcc.

Anas b. Malik said:
The Messenger of Allah(may peace be upon him) dozed for a short while and raised his smiling. He either said to them(people) or they said to him: Messenger of Allah! Why did you laugh? He said: A surah has been revealed to me just now, and then he recited: “In the name of Allah, Most Gracious. Most Merciful. To thee We have granted the fount (of abundance)” up to the end. When he recited, he asked: Do you know what al-kauthar is? They replied: Allah and his Apostle know best. He said: It is a river which my Lord, the Exalted, has promised me( to grant) in Paradise: there is abundance of good and upon it there is a pond which my people will approach on the Day of Resurrection. There are vessels as numerous as stars(in the sky).

innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul ‘afwa
fa’fu ‘annee.

The leader, when you stop or delay their attitudes, is giving way to reach the enemy, and, as evidence is showing that their faith is not true because the believer never gives up until the time of arrival, as the Prophet Muhammad (peace ), who knew patiently win battles, learn from defeats, and got patience for years, until the day of final victory, definitive, and not only temporary.
Allah cc love those have patience and take "sabir" from the tests is to re-plan the strategy, but never give up, because of the que know life is short, and the big test is to prove Allahcc que, really belivied, and never become a coward, used by sheythan, damaging others lifes, self owner, even for a millisecond, Know that the greater the difficulty, the greater the learning, and is to be used to return to the battlefield such as greater wisdom, elhamdulillah granted through experiences in defeat. (2: 284)
Knows that: To Allahcc belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and on earth. Both you reveal as conceal what, God will judge him. He will forgive those who wish and will punish whom He will, because it is Omnipotent.

Gavs Hazretleri (k.s) buyurdular: İnsan sabah kalktığı zaman abdest alırken, namaz kılarken, elbisesini giyerken, kahvaltı yaparken, evinden çıkarken niyet etmelidir. ‘Ya Rabbi! Aile ve iyalimizin rızkı için çalışmayı vacip kıldın. Sen Rezzak-ı Mutlak’sın, rızk sana ait.’ Buradaki maksat rızk için değil, Allah rızası için çalışmaktadır. Bu niyetle kapıdan çıkarsan, mescitte secde etmiş gibidir. Günah sokmamak lazımdır, niyet etmek lazımdır. Ahirette çalışmak yoktur. Ahirete fakir gitmemek lazımdır. Gavs Hazretleri (k.s) buyurdu ki: ‘İnsan en fazla yüz yıl yaşar. Bunun on beş yılı çocuk, yetmişten sonrası ihtiyarlıktır. Bunun yarısı da uyku ve istirahattır. Geriye yirmi-yirmi beş yıl kalır. Çok çalışmak lazımdır, ahiret için çalışmak lazım.’ Bu vakıf çalışmaları da ahiret içindir. Bu vakıflarda sizleri görevlendirdik, amir değil memursunuz. Sadatların memurusunuz. Korkmayın, çekinmeyin, arkanızda Sadatlar var. Biz sizin arkanızdayız. Gece gündüz çalışacaksınız, biz size dua edeceğiz. Aleyhisselatu vesselam, ümmetini çok seviyordu. Bunun delili şudur: Mahşer günü cehennemin gemleri çözüldüğünde, peygamberler ve insanlar secdeye kapanacaklar, çok korkacaklar. Nefsî nefsî diyecekler. Yalnız aleyhisselatu vesselam, ümmetî ümmetî diyecek. Siz de ümmet-i Muhammed’e hizmet edeceksiniz. O sizi sever. Peygamber (a.s) size yardım eder. Dikkat edin, haram helal karıştırmayın. Gavs Hazretleri (k.s) yemin etti: ‘Biz bu dergâha haram karıştırmadık.’ Seyda Hazretleri de karıştırmadı. Bildiğimiz kadarıyla biz de karıştırmadık, siz de karıştırmayın. Menzil, Medine’nin şubesidir, delilleri var. Biz Ankara’dan ve sizlerden memnunuz. Allah (c.c) da sizden memnun olsun. [Gülleri kokladı, baktı, sonra Ankara Vakıf Başkanı Hakkı Bey’e “Bunları dağıt, herkese yeter mi, inşallah yeter” buyurdular. Mescitten çıkarken de buyurdular ki: “Hakkınızı helal edin. Biz size dua ediyoruz, siz de bize dua edin. Şu geçici dünyada üç beş gün keyf ettik.”
