Nazardan korunmak için ne yapmalı?

Nazar, maddi olmayan bir tür elektrik akımı gibi zararlı ışınların gittikleri kişide olumsuz bir durum meydana getirmesidir.

"İşte nazarın maddi olmaması sebebiyle, maddi olan şeylerin onun tesirini yok etmesi düşünülemez. Çeşitli boncuklar ve tasvirler, nazarın tesirini yok edemez."(sf.25)

İbrahim Koç'un kaleme aldığı, Nazar ve Korunma Yolları, insanlık tarihi boyunca her zaman merak edilen nazarla ilgili pek çok soruya yanıtlar veriyor. Geçmişten günümüze hemen her toplumun merak konusu olan nazar, İbrahim Koç'un yazdığı Nazar ve Korunma Yolları adlı kitapta detaylı bir şekilde inceleniyor.

Işık Yayınları'ndan çıkan kitapta, ayet ve hadisler ışığında nazar ve nazardan korunma yolları anlatılıyor. Kitapta, "Nazar nedir? Nazarın olumsuz etkilerinden kendimi ve sevdiklerimi nasıl koruyabilirim? Nazar değmesi diye bir hadise var mıdır? Kimlerin nazarı daha çok değer? Nazar en çok kimlere değer? 'İnsanı mezara, deveyi kazana koyar'

Dinimizde nazarın varlığı kabul edilmiş ve insana, hayvana, nesnelere tesir edip zarar vereceği belirtilmiştir. Bizzat Allah Resûlü (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), "Nazardan Allah'a sığınınız. Nazar gerçekten haktır" ve "Nazar haktır; insanı mezara, deveyi kazana koyar" buyurarak nazarın gerçek olduğunu birçok defa beyan etmiştir. Aynı şekilde Allah Resûlü (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), nazardan korunmak ve kurtulmak için dua edilmesini emretmiş ve nazarı tesirli olan kişilerin nazarlarının zarar vermemesi için, kıskandıkları veya hoşlandıkları bir şeye baktıklarında "Maşallah" ve "Bârekallah" demelerini tavsiye etmiştir.(sf.10-11)

Kendi kendilerini hasta ediyorlar

Nazar, kem göz sahibi olan şahsın ruhundan ileri gelen bir tesirdir. Nazar sahibi idrak ettiği bir maddeyi veya hali güzel bulur. Onu güzel bulma hususunda çok ileri gider. Bu çeşit bir hoşlanma ve güzel bulmadan haset hâsıl olur. Çekememezliğe ve kıskançlığa dayanan bu his, kıskandığı maddenin veya halin, ona malik olan şahıstan alınmasını kasteder. Kıskanılan şeyi kendisine mal edinemeyince de onun zarara uğramasını tercih eder. İşte bu denli bir kıskançlık duygusu besleyen kişide negatif bir enerji oluşur. Bu negatif enerji kendisinde kalırsa kendine zarar verir ve onu hasta eder. Kendisinde oluşan negatif enerjiyi göz vasıtasıyla kıskanılan kişi veya canlı-cansız varlıklara ulaştırırsa onlara zarar verebilir. Göz aracılığıyla başkasına ulaşan ve aslen negatif enerji olan bu ışınlar, isabet ettiği kişi veya canlı-cansız varlıklara nüfuz etmezse, ona zarar vermez.(sf.19)

Nazara en çok kimler maruz kalır?

Bütün insanlara, hayvanlara ve camit şeylere nazar değebilir. Toplum içinde bazı kişilere daha fazla nazar değdiğine inanılır. Nazara daha fazla maruz kalanları şöyle sıralayabiliriz:

- Evlilik yaşına gelmiş baliğ genç kızlar

- Düğün vaktinde gelin ve damat

- Nifasta (lohusa) olan kadın

- Güzel yüzlü kişiler

- Zeki olan kişiler

- Mükemmel bir vücuda sahip olanlar

- Küçük çocuklar

Yukarıda saydığımız insan tipleri kıskanılmaya müsait bir durumda oldukları için, başka kişiler tarafından haset edilir. Örneğin evlenecek olan damat ve gelin, evlenemeyen kişiler tarafından kıskanılır.

Yeni doğum yapan kadın, çocuğu olmayanlar tarafından haset edilebilir. Güzel bir görünüşe sahip olanlar, çirkinler tarafından kıskanılabilir.(sf.23)

Kimlere kem gözlü denir?

Nazarın oluşumunda gözler sadece bir araçtır. Asıl tesir ruha veya nefse aittir. İnsanın dışa açılan penceresi olması sebebiyle göz dış âlemde bulunan ve cereyan eden her şeyi beyne iletir. Ayrıca göz yine bedenin dışa açılan penceresi olması hasebiyle, insan nefsinin imrenme ve kıskançlık duygularından meydana gelen negatif enerjiyi de gördüğü varlıklara yansıtır. Nazar değmesi göz vasıtasıyla oluştuğu için, genellikle nazarı tesirli kişilere kem gözlü denmektedir. Aslında bu kişiye kem nefisli veya kem ruhlu demek daha yerinde olur.(sf.23-24)

En tehlikelisi gama ışınları

Nazar değmesinin şiddetini Alfa Beta (B) ve Gama (Y) ışınları ile açıklayabiliriz. Bunların her birisinin etkisi farklı olduğundan verecekleri zarar da farklı olur. İmrenmeyle fırlatılan bir nazarı Alfa ışınına benzetebiliriz. Bu nazarın tesiri fazla olmayıp çabuk geçer ve değdiği kişi veya şeye çok az zarar verir. Buna karşı önlem almak hem mümkün değildir, hem de gereksizdir. Orta şiddetli nazar değmesine Beta (B) ışınlarını örnek verebiliriz. Bu tür nazar haset ile gerçekleşen ani ve istemsiz bir bakışın sonucunda meydana gelir. Bu nazar çeşidi diğerine göre daha etkili ve zararlıdır.

İnsana, hayvana ve nesnelere etki ettiğinde zarar verir. İnsanı hasta edebilir, hayvanları telef edebilir ve nesneleri etkileyebilir. Beta (B) ışınının etkisiyle eşleştirdiğimiz orta şiddetteki nazarın dua okuyarak tesirinden kurtulmak mümkündür. En şiddetli nazar değmesine Gama (Y) ışılarının şiddetini örnek verebiliriz. Bu tür nazar çok büyük bir hasetle ve kasten değdirilmek istenmesi sebebiyle çok şiddetli olup, etkisi ve zararı büyük olur. Bu ışınlar çok şiddetli olduğundan ulaştığı varlıklara ciddi zararlar verir. Bu denli şiddetli nazara uğrayan kişi tedavi edilmelidir.(sf.34-35)

İnsan hiçbir zaman doyuma ulaşmaz

Nazar, kendisini tatmin etmemiş, haset duygusuyla dolu, maddi veya manevi şeylerden kendisini yoksun gören ve bastırılmış psikolojisini farklı yollardan tatmin etmek isteyen kişilerin sebep olduğu bir vakıadır. İnsan hiçbir zaman doyuma ulaşmaz. Çünkü dünya insanın bütün duygularını tatmin etmeye müsait bir yer değildir.(sf.52)

'Mavi boncuk' cahilliktir

Çocuklar, daha çok nazara uğradıklarından, ilahi dua ve koruyuculardan habersiz cahil kişiler, çocukların üzerine mavi nazar boncuğu ve muska takarak, onları korumaya çalışırlar. Küçük çocuklar, zekâları, afacanlıkları ve şirinlikleriyle dikkatleri üzerlerine çekmekle çokça nazar değmesine maruz kalırlar. Bundan dolayı sık sık onların üzerine dua okuyup onları Allah'ın korumasına havale etmek gerekir.(sf.97)

Önlemler ne zaman başlar?

Hadislerde nazardan korunma ve kurtulma yöntemleri iki şekilde ele alınır. Birincisi, nazar değmeden önce önlem almaktır ki; bu da nazar edenin ve kendisine nazar edilenin alması gereken önlemler olmak üzere iki şekilde olur. İkincisi, Asrı-ı saadette o günkü şart ve koşullarda nazar değdikten sonra yapılan adetsel uygulamalardır. Nazar eden tanınıyorsa, teberruken temiz su ile abdest alır, aynı temiz su nazara uğrayanın üzerine veya arkasına dökülür. Nazar edenin tanınmadığı durumlarda ise nazara uğrayan biliyorsa kendisi, bilmiyorsa ağzı dualı birisi ona dua okur.(sf.101)

Dua zırhını kuşanın

Peygamberimiz, Muavvizateyn surelerinin her çeşit şerden Allah'a sığınmak üzere okunacak dua olarak yeterli geldiğini göstermektedir. "Muavvizateyn" denince, bazı rivayetlere göre, "Felak" ve "Nas" Sureleri ile beraber "İhlâs" Suresi de kastedilmektedir. Mümin, başkalarının kem gözüne hedef olmak istemiyorsa, her zaman için, manevi bir kalkan olan, dua zırhını kuşanarak kendisini korumalıdır. İnsan, kendisini maddi olan zararlardan koruyabilir, ancak maddi olmayan zararlardan koruması mümkün değildir. Ancak ve ancak Allah onu koruyabilir. Yeter ki; kendisi O'na sığınmış olsun. Allah'a sığınabileceğimiz en güzel dualar ise, kendi kelamı olan muavvizeteyn sureleridir. (sf.103)

Nazar için verdiğimiz surelerin, ayetlerin, me'sur duaların, Tıbb-ı Nebevî'de geçen duaların ve âlimlerimizin derlediği duaların hepsi bir defada okunabildiği gibi tek tek de okunabilir. Ancak okuyana kolaylık olsun diye bu duaları dört reçete şeklinde sunmayı uygun gördüm. İsteyen, istediği reçeteyi okur ve Allah'ın izniyle fayda görür.

O JARDIM
Ao nascer, recebemos um jardim para cuidar, já com muitas sementes, que noscabe apenas regar, cuidando com carinho de cada canteiro.No canteiro do Amor, nascem os mais belos sentimentos, como a solidariedade,o afeto, a ternura e uma linda flor vermelha, chamada de solidariedade.No canteiro da esperança, nascem os sonhos, a perseverança, os desejos daalma, que bem regados, rendem muitos frutos, chamados de "realizações".No canteiro da alegria, flores lindas que sorriem para a vida, sãoconhecidas como "motivação", "boa vontade" e "persistência", sendofundamentais para a continuidade do nosso jardim.Mais ao fundo, um canteiro impressiona pela altura das flores, é o canteiroda fé, regado com orações e atitudes regeneradoras, sobem até o céu, emuitas das flores tocam os pés dos anjos, que tudo ouvem nas nossasplantações.Muitos cuidam do canteiro com trabalho incessante, vigiando os pensamentos,regando constantemente o amor, a alegria e a esperança, sempre com desejosincero de mudar para melhor.Assim, as flores crescem sempre fortes, lindas e mesmo diante dastempestades, próprias da vida, resistem ao tempo e as dificuldades,tornando-se cada vez mais belas.Outros, se perdem em lamentações, gastando o precioso tempo em divagações.Pensam nas plantas que poderiam ter e não tem, naquelas que já tiveram eperderam, nas belas plantas do vizinho, e vão se descuidando do jardim,deixando as ervas daninhas tomarem conta dos canteiros.Assim, plantas destruidoras como o ódio, a inveja, a calúnia, a preguiça, as paixões,
o desrespeito, entre outras pragas, vão tomando o lugar das flores, e vamos nos
tornando pessoas amargas, insensíveis, amarguradas, tristes e doentes.O jardim da vida são os seus pensamentos, o regador seus sentimentos e asemente, a fé.O jardineiro é você, a terra, a própria vida, a água é Allah (swt), fonte de toda avida, que está dentro de você, e em todos os lugares em forma de energia.Seja você, o próprio jardim de Deus, cuide dos seus canteiros, regue todosos dias com amor, esperança e fé.Eu acredito em você.
